The study presented in this article aims to propose ERP e-Learning models to curriculum designers in Turkey. For this purpose, developed ERP e-Learning models are gathered from the literature although there only few ERP e-Learning models exist in the open literature. Presented ERP e-Learning models are compared, similarities and differences are discussed. From the results, ERP e-Learning models provide an innovative and effective education. This means, these technological models provide greater flexibility to the students and maximizes student learning outcomes when compared to ordinary learning. It seems that utilization of an e-Learning model in ERP training should be started from the universities. (C) 2013 The Authors. Wilkins (1972) asserted that "without grammar very little can be conveyed, without vocabulary nothing can be conveyed". Since the pioneering research of Michael West (1953), many academic or general wordlists have been published in English or in other languages. On the other hand, the lack of an Academic Turkish Wordlist which meets the academic criteria such as being collected from a valid corpus has made this research necessary in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language. This study aims to investigate the academic vocabulary that any Turkish language learner should have before starting to study at undergraduate programs offering Turkish medium instruction. An academic corpus derived from fifty-seven textbooks was formed so as to discover the Academic Turkish Wordlist. There were 4032442 tokens in the academic corpus and various computer software programs some of which were written for the current study were used in order to acquire the academic wordlist. Lemmas, or the groups of lexical forms with the same stem that belong to the same word class, (Francis & Kucera, 1982) were used for the creation of the Academic Turkish Wordlist. Moreover, the most frequent 11000 words from Turkish National Corpus were used to make a list of words to be excluded from the academic corpus and the final version of the Academic Turkish Wordlist contained 1010 lemmas. The Academic Turkish Wordlist covered 32% of the academic corpus and it is evident that knowing the words in the academic wordlist will help undergraduate foreign students studying Turkish improve their academic language skills, especially reading comprehension. The Academic Turkish Wordlist could be utilized in various ways: 1) to check out language learning materials in order to find out how many low/high frequency words they contain 2) to compare students' writings in terms of how many academic words they are able to use 3) to prepare proficiency exams 4) to revise their language program in order to include more academic words to prepare their students for undergraduate programs. T.; Asadi, M.; Eryilmaz, S.In recent years, the study of reliability properties of consecutive k-out-of-n systems has attracted a great deal of attention from both theoretical and practical perspectives. In this paper we consider linear and circular consecutive k-out-of-n systems. It is assumed that lifetimes of components of the systems are independent but their probability distributions are non-identical. We study the reliability properties of the residual lifetimes of such systems under the condition that at least (n - r + 1), r <= n, components of the system are operating. We also investigate the probability that a specific number of components of the above-mentioned system operate at time t, t > 0, under the condition that the system is alive at time t. M.; Turan, R.Spectroscopic ellipsometry measurements on TlGaSe2, TlGaS2 and TlInS2 layered crystals were carried out on the layer-plane (0 0 1) surfaces, which are perpendicular to the optic axis c*, in the 1.2- 6.2 eV spectral range at room temperature. The real and imaginary parts of the pseudodielectric function as well as pseudorefractive index and pseudoextinction coefficient were found as a result of analysis of ellipsometric data. The structures of critical points in the above-band gap energy range have been characterized from the second derivative spectra of the pseudodielectric function. The analysis revealed four, five and three interband transition structures with critical point energies 2.75, 3.13, 3.72 and 4.45 eV (TlGaSe2), 3.03, 3.24, 3.53, 4.20 and 4.83eV (TlGaS2), and 3.50, 3.85 and 4.50 eV (TlInS2). For TlGaSe2 crystals, the determined critical point energies were assigned tentatively to interband transitions using the available electronic energy band structure. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V. Within such a context, firms are striving to increase the demand for their products and gain attention through differentiation both in local and global markets. Due to its important role in international trade of countries, SMEs are being considered as major role players in economies and therefore became an attractive area to explore by researchers. The literature on the internationalization of firms is predominantly build on research from the US and western European countries while there is a few number of research conducted in Turkey (Bal and Kunday, 2014; Senguler, 2013; Kocak and Abimbola, 2009; Cavusgil, Knight and Uner, 2011). The internationalization of SMEs has been mostly investigated within the marketing literature and there is a lack on this subject within the Management and Organization literature. Setting out from this need, the aim of this paper is to investigate the entrepreneurial skills of the entrepreneur who founded the SME, the motive of the entrepreneur for starting the business, the innovativeness of the firm, and the relationship of these factors with the internationalization of firms. The sample of the research consists of entrepreneurs who have been reached via the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) study in 80 countries between the years 2000-2012. Hierarchical Regression Model was used to test the hypotheses at macro level including data from each country. Research findings and implications are presented and discussed. (C) 2015 The Authors. M.Dark electrical resistivity, space-charge-limited (SCL) current and photoconductivity measurements were carried out on Ga0.75In0.25Se single crystals. Analysis of the dark resistivity measurements revealed the presence of one level with activation energy of 0.10 eV. Current voltage characteristics showed that both ohmic and SCL characters exhibit in 180-300 K range. Analysis of the experimental data in the SCL region resulted with a trap level at 0.11 eV above the valence band. Photoconductivity measurements were performed at different light intensities in the temperature range of 150-300 K. Behavior of the recombination mechanism in the crystal was brought out as sublinear recombination from the dependence of photocurrent on illumination intensity. Moreover, obtained activation energies were compared with the results of other experimental techniques applied to Ga0.75In0.25Se crystals in literature. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. These results extend some previous results in the literature, since the condition under which the operator admits common fixed points is more general than the others in literature. Therefore, several well known results are generalized. As an application we use these results to existence of solution for nonlinear quadratic integral equation. To credibility, we apply modified homotopy and Adomian decomposition method to find solution of the above problem with high accuracy. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
