Thus, transseptal puncture should be re-evaluated in detail. Aims We aimed to assess the effectiveness of the detailed transseptal puncture technique in patients who underwent PFO closure due to cryptogenic stroke or transient ischemic attack in terms of residual shunts and atrial fibrillation. Methods We prospectively analyzed 144 consecutive patients who underwent PFO closure by the detailed transseptal puncture technique between February 2013 and April 2023 in two centers. All of the patients had a >10 mm long-tunnel PFO. Results The procedural success rate was 100%. However, after the procedure, moderate pericardial effusion developed in one patient (0.7%) and an acute pulmonary embolism related to femoral vein thrombosis was observed in one patient (0.7%) during the first month. Complications related to the procedure were noted in two patients (1.4%) during the first month of follow-up. Residual shunts were observed in 1.4% of cases after PFO closure. Conclusion We demonstrated that the detailed transseptal technique is safe and effective for PFO closure. Many different blockchain applications and platforms have been developed for different purposes, such as food safety monitoring, cryptocurrency exchange, and secure medical data sharing. However, blockchain platforms cannot store all the generated data. Therefore, they are supported with data warehouses, which in turn is called a hybrid blockchain platform. While several systems have been developed based on this idea, a current state-of-the-art systematic overview on the use of hybrid blockchain platforms is lacking. Therefore, a systematic literature review (SLR) study has been carried out by us to investigate the motivations for adopting them, the domains at which they were used, the adopted technologies that made this integration effective, and, finally, the challenges and possible solutions. This study shows that security, transparency, and efficiency are the top three motivations for adopting these platforms. The energy, agriculture, health, construction, manufacturing, and supply chain domains are the top domains. The most adopted technologies are cloud computing, fog computing, telecommunications, and edge computing. Patients with PsA who met CASPAR classification criteria enrolled by Turkish League Against Rheumatism (TLAR)-Network. Patients were categorized into three groups based on disease duration: early stage (< 5 years), middle stage (& GE; 5, < 10 years), and late stage (& GE; 10 years). All patients underwent clinical and laboratory assessment using standardized protocol and case report forms. The associations between psychological variables and clinical parameters were assessed by a multivariate analysis. Of the 1113 patients with PsA (63.9% female), 564 (%50.7) had high risk for depression and 263 (%23.6) for anxiety. The risk of psychological burden was similar across all PsA groups, and patients with a higher risk of depression and anxiety also experienced greater disease activity, poorer quality of life, and physical disability. Multivariate logistic regression revealed that female gender (OR = 1.52), PsAQoL (OR = 1.13), HAQ (OR = 1.99), FiRST score (OR = 1.14), unemployment/retired (OR = 1.48) and PASI head score (OR = 1.41) were factors that influenced the risk of depression, whereas the current or past enthesitis (OR = 1.45), PsAQoL (OR = 1.19), and FiRST score (OR = 1.26) were factors that influenced the risk of anxiety. PsA patients can experience a comparable level of psychological burden throughout the course of their disease. Several socio-demographic and disease-related factors may contribute to mental disorders in PsA. For this purpose, we use a simple panel unit root and residual based cointegration test with Flexible Fourier Form in a heterogeneous frequency setting using a bootstrap algorithm. This study addresses to analyze the operational and financial efficiency of the selected privatized ports that have been belonged to TCDD (Republic of T & uuml;rkiye State Railways). For this purpose, EATWOS (Efficiency Analysis Technique with Output Satisfying) method is employed, and the weights of the inputs and outputs are determined using LOPCOW (Logarithmic Percentage Change-Driven Objective Weighting), MEREC (Method Based on the Removal Effects of Criteria), and CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) methods. After obtaining the weights from these objective methods, the comprehensive weights are calculated using TPOP (Technique of Precise Order Preference) method. Finally, Spearman's rank-order correlation shows that there is no relationship between the operational and financial efficiency of the ports. As nations constantly share their scientific and philosophical knowledge with others, translation takes on a key role in the transmission of not only knowledge, but also the advancement of all aspects of the source culture. In this respect, the Qing and Ottoman empires, after experiencing military defeats, were able to recognise the progress made by certain nations as a result of the Industrial Revolution. The knowledge transfer from these industrialized countries therefore became part of the attempts by states, private institutions and reformers to catch up with these countries in the area of development through increased translation initiatives. Trends such as these subsequently continued to shape the culture-planning processes in many countries. Against this background, the present study aims to shine a light on the parallel course of translation movements in the modernization processes of China and Turkey from the mid-19th to the mid-20th century. A labelless biosensor based on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) signal from the specific affinity interaction of an aptamer and a soluble ICAM-1 protein was developed for blood samples. The developed aptasensor provided real-time information on the concentration of the ICAM-1 protein in blood when integrated to a purification step based on a magnetic pull-down separation. It is characterized by transient left ventricular apical akinesis and hyperkinesis of the basal left ventricular portions. Although the precise etiology of TTS is unknown, events like the sudden release of stress hormones, such as the catecholamines and the increased inflammatory status might be plausible causes leading to the cardiovascular pathologies. Recent studies have highlighted that an imbalance in lipid accumulation might promote a deviant immune response as observed in TTS. However, there is no information on comprehensive profiling of serum lipids of TTS patients. Therefore, we investigated a detailed quantitative lipid analysis of TTS patients using ES-MSI. Our results showed significant differences in the majority of lipid species composition in the TTS patients compared to the control group. Furthermore, the computational analyses presented was able to link the altered lipids to the pro-inflammatory cytokines and disseminate possible mechanistic pathways involving TNF alpha and IL-6. Taken together, our study provides an extensive quantitative lipidome of TTS patients, which may provide a valuable Pre-diagnostic tool. However, CTLs-free PSCs based on n-p homojunction have yet to show high power conversion efficiency (PCE), which is most likely due to inadequate light-and charge-management in the p-type perovskite. The device operation is examined using Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator (SCAPS)-software, and a novel n-p homojunction design is proposed to attempt efficient CTLs-free PSCs. Several aspects of p-type layer that can affect device performance, such as acceptor density, photon harvesting capability, defects density, and resistances to the transport of charge-carriers are scrutinized and adjusted. Furthermore, the effects of different work-functions of metal electrodes are examined. A suitable acceptor concentration is required for oriented charge transport. It is determined that a p-type perovskite with a thickness of 0.3 mu m is advantageous for high performance. A metal electrode with a high work-function is essential for efficient device. Consequently, a PCE of 15.60% is obtained with an optimal defect density of E15 cm(-3), indicating that n-p homojunction-based CTLs-free PSCs are promising since they simplify the device design and fabrication process while retaining an acceptable PCE.
