Master Thesis Türk Hukukunda ve Karşılaştırmalı Hukukta Bilgi Edinme Hakkı(2012) Demirtaş, Burcu; Köker, LeventBilgi edinme hakkı, günümüzde demokrasinin ve hukukun üstünlüğünün gereklerinden sayılmakta ve bu hakkın yönetimde demokrasinin sağlanmasında önemli bir işlev gördüğü kabul edilmektedir.Türkiye'de, Avrupa Birliği uyum projeleri kapsamında yapılan düzenlemelerden biri de hem kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının sahip olduğu bilgiyi daha verimli ve etkin bir biçimde yönetmelerini sağlayacak hem de vatandaşların kamu hizmetleri konusunda bilgi edinme hakkını yerine getirecek olan ?Bilgi Edinme Hakkı Kanunu? dur. Sözü konusu kanun, şu anda yetmişin üzerindeki ülkede yürürlüktedir ve demokratik ve şeffaf yönetimin gereği olan eşitlik, tarafsızlık ve açıklık ilkelerine uygun olarak kişilerin bilgi edinme hakkını kullanmalarına ilişkin esas ve usulleri düzenlemek için hazırlanmıştır. Böylece kurum ve kuruluşların üretmiş oldukları kurumsal bilgi kontrol altına alınacak, güvenlik, gizlilik ve paylaşılabilirlik sınırları belirlenecektir. Bu çalışmada bilgi edinme hakkının kavramsal çerçevesi ve tarihsel gelişimi incelenmiş, genel olarak bilgi edinme hakkının Türk Hukuku ve Karşılaştırmalı Hukuktaki görünümü irdelenmiştir.Anahtar Sözcükler:1. The increased use of the internet and web for everyday activities is bringing new threats to personal privacy.
