Common Fixed Points for Single-Valued and Multi-Valued Maps Satisfying a Generalized Contraction in -Metric Spaces
(Springer int Publ Ag, 2012) Tahat, Nedal; Aydi, Hassen; Karapinar, Erdal; Shatanawi, Wasfi
In this article, we establish some common fixed point theorems for a hybrid pair {} of single valued and multi-valued maps satisfying a generalized contractive condition defined on -metric spaces. Our results unify, generalize and complement various known comparable results from the current literature. 54H25; 47H10; 54E50.

Common Fixed Point of Multifunctions on Partial Metric Spaces
(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2015) Aleomraninejad, S. Mohammad Ali; Erhan, Inci M.; Kutbi, Marwan A.; Shokouhnia, Masoumeh
In this paper, some multifunctions on partial metric space are defined and common fixed points of such multifunctions are discussed. The results presented in the paper generalize some of the existing results in the literature. Several conclusions of the main results are given.

Common Fixed Point Theorems of Integral Type Contraction on Metric Spaces and Its Applications To System of Functional Equations
(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2015) Sarwar, Muhammad; Zada, Mian Bahadur; Erhan, Inci M.
In this article, using the common (CLR) property, common fixed point results for two pairs of weakly compatible mappings satisfying contractive condition of integral type on metric spaces are established. Furthermore, the existence and uniqueness of common solution for system of functional equations arising in dynamic programming are discussed as an application of a common fixed point theorem presented in this paper.

A Short-Note on 'common Fixed Point Theorems for Non-Compatible Self-Maps in Generalized Metric Spaces'
(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2015) Roldan-Lopez-de-Hierro, Antonio-Francisco; Karapinar, Erdal; Alsulami, Hamed H.
The main aim of this short-note is point out that certain hypotheses assumed on some results in the very recent paper (Yang in J. Inequal. Appl. 2014:275, 2014) are unnecessary, and the results contained in that manuscript can easily be improved.

Sehgal Type Contractions on b-Metric Space
(Mdpi, 2018) Alqahtani, Badr; Fulga, Andreea; Karapinar, Erdal
In this paper, we analyze two discontinuous self-mappings that satisfy Sehgal-type inequalities in the setup of complete b-metric space. The main results of the paper cover and extend a few existing results in the corresponding literature. Furthermore, we give some illustrative examples to verify the effectiveness and strength of our derived results. Thereafter, as an application, we consider the obtained result to aggregate the existence and uniqueness of the solution for nonlinear Fredholm integral equations.

On an Extension of Contractivity Conditions Via Auxiliary Functions
(Springer international Publishing Ag, 2015) Agarwal, Ravi P.; Karapinar, Erdal; Roldan-Lopez-de-Hierro, Antonio-Francisco
In this manuscript, we study sufficient conditions on the functions that appears in very complex contractivity conditions introduced in a recent manuscript by Liu et al. in order to guarantee the existence and uniqueness of common fixed points of four self-mappings.
