Many organizations use this technology and save time and money, such as libraries. Libraries have been adopting their reference services to the new technology and library services have been moving to the cloud. This paper defines cloud computing, presents the opportunities and challenges, also include how to use cloud based applications in reference services. A survey was applied to identify the use of cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) models by references librarians who work at university libraries in Ankara. Yapay zeka teknolojilerinin popüler hale gelmesi, kütüphane hizmetlerini de dönüştürmeye başlamıştır. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’deki üniversite kütüphanelerinin yapay zeka teknoloji ve uygulamalarının gelişim sürecinde yapmış olduğu ve yapmayı planladığı düzenlemeleri tespit etmek ve ilgili döneme özel geliştirdikleri hizmetleri belirlemek amacıyla bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anket, Türkiye’deki 208 üniversite kütüphanesinden 111 üniversite kütüphanesi yöneticisinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizi ile üniversite kütüphanelerinin yapay zeka teknolojileri ve uygulamaları hakkındaki durumu, bilgi ve farkındalık düzeyleri belirlenmiş, eksik ve zayıf yönlerin geliştirilmesine yönelik önlemler ve öneriler sunulmuştur. İlgili araştırma, yapay zeka konusunda Türkiye’de üniversite kütüphanesi yöneticilerinden görüş ve öneri alarak gerçekleştirilen ilk ve en kapsamlı çalışmadır. Araştırma bulguları, üniversite kütüphanelerinin ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly vb. yapay zeka uygulamalarını belirli düzeyde kullandıklarını ancak yapay zeka ile ilgili kurumsal politika geliştirme, personele yetkinlik kazandırma ve planlama konularında ihtiyaçlarının olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.Article Disability Awareness in Turkey and an Assessment About Accessibility of Web Pages Related To Justice by Disabled People;(University and Research Librarians Association (UNAK), 2014) Ertürk,K.L.; Şimşek,A.A.; Songür,D.G.; Şengül,G.The people who have physical or mental disabilities which limit their movements, senses, activities or both of them are one of the groups in society. Those people have various problems in social life directly or indirectly in Turkey. Nowadays, they face many problems in accessibility on many fields such as education, healthcare, justice, social security, etc. Those individuals are willing to draw attention and resolve their problems. The level of development of countries is directly related with the solution of the aforementined problems. In this study we focused on the common terms about the people who have limited movements, senses, activities or both; and focused on the awereness of disabled people and we investigated the the accessibility of the web sites about the justice by disabled people. Making accessible of web pages will allow the disabled people to have the equal rights with the others and will also provide diversity about information and communication sources.
