The survey was conducted among professionals from the government and private sectors. The results indicated that income is significantly related to the usage of e-commerce. Due to the dynamic nature of the business domain, delivering such on-demand functionalities involves high flexibility in adapting to new client requirements; therefore, a systematic approach to software component reuse must be adopted to reduce cost and the time to market for new products.
