    De facto unlimited authority of International Court of Justice as judiciary of UNthat is entrusted with peaceful resolution of disputes between states and issue opin- ions requested from UN bodies or institutions and acceptance of human rights vio- lations as violation of international law authorize International Court of Justice onhuman rights area. However this situation does not substitute International Court ofJustice for universal or regional specialized human rights courts. This article sets light to discussions within this framework and particularly caselaw of International Court of Justice and European Court of Human Rights on humanrights violations.
