Agile :software development methods follows this approach of learning as software is developed in short iterations and agile team incorporated all new knowledge gained through feedbacks from preceeding iterations. Agile software development methods are different from traditional software development methods and therefore, metrics proposed for projects using traditional software development methods are not fit to use in agile software development projects. In this paper, new metrics are proposed that can measure the progress and quality of the Product in agile software development projects. These organizations do not have enough infrastructures and resources to implement an austere quality plan. Software inspection is a fundamental component of the software quality assurance process. Formal review methods are rigorous and their implementation is cumbersome for small and medium enterprises. In this paper, we have presented a new simplified inspection process which is easy to implement. requires fewer resource and almost no documentation. Also, people who are conducting this inspection need not be present at the same place during most stages of the inspection process. We have also compared this process with IEEE and NASA standards for software inspection and found that it meets almost 99% of both standards. While there has been much research on inspection, little attention is paid towards compliance with international standards. These results could be used as a basis for further research in software inspection and process towards aligning with international standards. This process has been successfully implemented in a CMM level 3 software development organization which is striving to accomplish higher maturity levels to establish at the international level. The objectives of the study are to inform the training organizations (e.g., universities, training institutes) on the current status of the educational activities in ITSM at undergraduate and graduate levels; and to guide the researchers by providing quantitative data on the research activities conducted in the field. In the educational arena, the statistical data showed that, stand-alone undergraduate/graduate programs are becoming popular among the high school graduates with elevated expectations of the market place, in addition to the appreciation of the IT service management area by the IT sector and the public. The results of the research findings provide guidelines for curriculum developers in the design and implementation of courses for the de facto interdisciplinary ITSM degree/certificate training programs and motivate and guide the researchers by providing the most recent quantitative data on the ITSM field. It is one of the first studies to provide education and research trends in ITSM area. The present study adds to this important stream of emerging research area and contributes by advancing the understanding of ITSM education and research issues. As Scrum is one of the prominent approaches in agile development projects, it is significant to define the issues of quality in the Scrum method. In this paper, a systematic mapping approach is adopted to answer specific research questions through an objective procedure to identify the nature of quality issues in Scrum studies. For this purpose, a number of research studies are reviewed in electronic databases to find out about various quality issues related with Scrum. Here, the focus is on how these studies are affective in terms of defining such issues. A total of 53 research papers are examined in detail to answer nine research questions related to quality issues in Scrum. Finally, the responses to all research questions are provided along with suggestions to ensure quality in the Scrum. However, universities in many countries are still unable to meet the criteria for web accessibility. This study aimed to test the websites of the top universities in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkey using automated assessment tools. The results showed that university websites are more popular in Turkey, and in Turkish universities developers pay more attention to the performance of websites, followed by websites of Azerbaijani, Kyrgyz and Kazakh universities. The majority of the university websites in the study did not meet the WCAG 2.0 accessibility criteria. Only two Kyrgyz and two Kazakh university websites attained conformance level A, and only three, one Kyrgyz and two Kazakh, achieved accessibility conformance level AAA. Based on the results, it was determined that universities included in the present study need to devote more effort to making their websites more accessible for their users.
