    In this manuscript we introduce a new class of monotone generalized nonexpansive mappings and establish some weak and strong convergence theorems for Krasnoselskii iteration in the setting of a Banach space with partial order. We consider also an application to the space L-1([0, 1]). Our results generalize and unify the several related results in the literature.

    Cyclic Contractions and Related Fixed Point Theorems on g-metric Spaces

    Very recently, Jleli and Samet [53] and Samet et. al. [52] reported that some fixed point result in G-metric spaces can be derived from the fixed point theorems in the setting of usual metric space. In this paper, we prove the existence and uniqueness of fixed points of certain cyclic mappings in the context of G-metric spaces that can not be obtained by usual fixed point results via techniques used in [53,52]. We also give an example to illustrate our statements.

    ON ADMISSIBLE WEAK CONTRACTIONS IN b-METRIC-LIKE SPACE

    In this work, we establish some fixed point theorems for admissible weak contractions in b-metric-like spaces and b-metric-like spaces endowed with a partial order. Also, we give some fixed point theorems for cyclic contractive mapping in such spaces. The new results in this paper generalize and extend many theorems that we can find in the literature.
