In DML, post prep students are offered higher level academic English to help further their education and non-prep students are given basic English courses depending on their needs. In the departments students are exposed to various teaching learning methods and techniques and offline and online facilities to help develop learning strategies, analysing, questioning, synthesising, internalising, applying and evaluating the skills and knowledge to utilize them throughout their lives.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the views of school of foreignlanguages instructors about organizational culture. The study is designed inqualitative research method and as a case study. The study was conductedwith 15 school of foreign languages instructors who were selected bymaximum variation sampling method during the 2018 and 2019 academicyear in Ankara. Semi structured interviews were conducted to gather dataand content analysis was used to analyse the data. The study emphasisesthat for the powerful school culture, instructors should focus on orientation,social activities, merit, and democratic management style.
