Abstract

The Information age has reached in knowledge based industrial revolution. Enterprises are networked and use IT Technologies to survive, grow and flourish in a highly competitive business environment of today. The objective of this paper is to assess the various frontiers and cutting-edge information technologies impact on Human Resource Management (HRM) in the present global liberalization of economy. Emerging scenario of HRM is quite different from the last decade. Information and Information Technology are the key drivers of the information era.
