Abstract

The Information age has reached in knowledge based industrial revolution. Enterprises are networked and use IT Technologies to survive, grow and flourish in a highly competitive business environment of today. The objective of this paper is to assess the various frontiers and cutting-edge information technologies impact on Human Resource Management (HRM) in the present global liberalization of economy.
