Ankara İli Gastronomi Turizmi Gelişmişlik Düzeyinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Turizm endüstrisi sürekli değişen ve gelişen bir endüstridir. Bu değişim ve gelişim son yıllarda insanların alternatif arayışlarına neden olmaktadır. Kitlesel turizmden ve geleneksel turizmin '4s' anlayışından uzaklaşan insanlar yeni turizm çeşitlerini tecrübe etmek istemektedirler. Bu nedenle turistik ürün çeşitlendirmesi ve alternatif turizm çalışmaları yapılmış ve sonucunda yeni turizm türleri ortaya çıkmıştır ve gastronomi turizmi bu türlerden biridir. Gastronomi turizmi gelişmişlik göstergelerinin tespitine yönelik yapılan bu çalışmanın birçok çıktısı olduğu söylenebilir. Literatürden elde edilmiş gastronomi turizmi gelişmişlik ölçeği geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik testine tabi tutulmuştur. 64 maddeden oluşan ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu söylenebilir. 64 madde için katılımcıların cevapları yaş, eğitim durumu, görevdeki tecrübe, mesleki tecrübe, görev ve unvan değişkenlerine göre incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın amacı Ankara ili gastronomi turizmi gelişmişlik düzeyinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın veri toplama yönteminde kullanılan katılımcı sayısı 320 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada öncelikle literatür taraması yapılmış ardından anket yöntemi ile toplanan veriler SPSS 20 programı ile yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada 'Gastronomi Turizmi Gelişmişlik Göstergelerinin Tespiti 'ne yönelik kullanılan ölçek beş demografik ve beşli likert tipi ölçektir. Ölçekte kullanılan 1: Kesinlikle Katılmıyorum, 2: Katılmıyorum, 3: Kararsızım, 4: Katılıyorum ve 5: Kesinlikle Katılıyorum yorumlarına karşılık gelmektedir. Tourism industry is a constantly changing and developing industry. This change and development in recent years has led people to seek alternative. People who move away from mass tourism and '4s' understanding of traditional tourism want to experience new types of tourism. For this reason, tourism product diversification and alternative tourism studies have been conducted and as a result new tourism types have emerged and gastronomic tourism is one of these types. It can be said that this study conducted to determine the indicators of gastronomy tourism development has many outputs. The gastronomy tourism development scale obtained from the literature was subjected to validity and reliability test. It can be said that the scale consisting of 64 items is a valid and reliable scale. The responses of the participants for 64 items were analyzed according to the variables of age, education level, experience in the job, professional experience, duty and title. The aim of this study is to determine the development level of gastronomy tourism in Ankara. The number of participants used in the data collection method of the research consists of 320 people. In the research, firstly literature review was done and then the data collected by questionnaire method were interpreted with SPSS 20 program. The scale used for Araştır Determination of Gastronomy Tourism Development Indicators ada is five demographic and five likert type scale. 1: Strongly Disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Undecided, 4: Agree and 5: Strongly Agree.
