Örgüt Teorilerini Kullanan Sosyal Girişimcilik Dökümanları Üzerine Bir Bibliyometrik Analiz

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında sosyal girişimcilik ve/veya sosyal girişimcilikle ilgili anahtar kelimeler ile organizasyon teorileri ve/veya organizasyon teorileri ile ilgili anahtar kelimeler kullanılarak Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen veriler bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Belirlenen bu alanda literatürdeki son durumu ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla açık bir yazılım olan R 3.6.1 ve onun bir aracı olan biblioshiny kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar belirlenen bu alandaki temel yazarları, literatür analizlerini, kullanılan kelime sıklıklarını ve diğer pek çok sonucu ortaya koymuştur. Seçilen veriye göre en çok atıf alan dergiler 'Academy of Management Review', 'Academy of Management Journal' ve 'Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice' olarak belirlenmiştir. Sosyal girişimciliğin gelişmekte olan ülkelerin toplumsal sorunlarına çözüm olabileceğini göz önüne alarak, bu ülkelerden bu alana yönelik bilimsel yayın katkısına ihtiyaç olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler çok geniş seçilse bile, yayın sayısının özellikle Popülasyon Ekolojisi Teorisi ve Sosyal Ağ Teorisi ve/veya bu teorilerin anahtar kelimeleriyle ilgili olarak çok az olduğu görülmüş ve bu alana yapılacak teorik katkının önemli olduğuna vurgu yapılmıştır.

This thesis study tries to reveal the current state and bibliometric structure of the documents available on Web of Science database focusing on the keywords of social entrepreneurship and/or its related concepts, and organization theories and/or their related concepts. To identify this specific outlook, bibliometric analysis is conducted with the open software R 3.6.1 and its tool biblioshiny. Eventually, the results provide the information on the key authors, citations, word occurrences and other relevant explanations regarding the bibliometric structure of the selected data. It is concluded that the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice are the most cited sources. It is also found that there is a need for scientific contributions from the developing countries where social entrepreneurship can be a solution for society-wise problems of these countries. The results also assert that even the scope of the keywords is extensive, the number of publication available is very limited, especially for the Population Ecology Theory, Social Network Theory and/or their selected concepts, and draw attention to the need for theoretical contributions.
