Teknoloji Transfer Ofislerinden Alınan Hizmete Dair Memnuniyeti Ölçmek için Bir Ölçek Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

İlgili çalışmalar incelendiğinde TTO'lardan alınan hizmete dair memnuniyetin ölçüldüğü bir ölçeğin eksikliği görülmektedir. Alan yazındaki ölçeklerden hiçbiri salt bir biçimde TTO'lara dair memnuniyeti ölçmemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Teknokentler bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren firmaların TTO'lardan aldıkları hizmete dair memnuniyetlerinin ölçüldüğü güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmek ve aynı zamanda geliştirilen bu aracı doğrulamaktır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak Teknokentlerde faaliyet gösteren firmaların Teknoloji Transfer Ofislerinden almış oldukları hizmete dair memnuniyet düzeyleri incelenmiştir.

When the related studies are examined, it is seen that there is a lack of a scale that measures satisfaction with the service received from TTOs. None of the scales in the literature simply measures satisfaction with TTOs. The aim of this study; is to develop a reliable scale which measured the satisfaction level of the companies operating within the technopolises, about the service received from TTOs; and to verify this developed tool at the same time. For this purpose, the satisfaction levels of the companies operating in Technopolises regarding the service they received from the Technology Transfer Offices were examined.
