Abstract
Bu araştırma, sosyal medya üzerinden pazarlamanın şirketler için rekabet avantajı yaratma ve şirketlerin pazarlara girmeleri, müşterilerine ulaşmaları, müşterileriyle ilişkilerini geliştirmeleri ve marka bilinirliklerini artırmaları üzerindeki etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için, Bağdat'ta faaliyet gösteren bir dizi cep telefonu şirketi acentesine anket dağıtılmıştır. Toplam 123 adet anket işlenmiştir. Veriler SPSS istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sosyal medya üzerinden yapılan pazarlama ile rekabet avantajı sağlayan çeşitli kaynaklar arasında bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu kaynaklar sosyal sermaye, marka bilinirliği, algılanan hizmet kalitesi ve müşteri ilişkileri olup, şirketlerin rekabet avantajı yaratmak için odaklanabilecekleri en önemli boyutlardır. Bu sonuç bir dizi cep telefonu acente ile yapılan anketlerden elde edilen bulgularla doğrulanmıştır.
The research aims to examining the impact of marketing through social media on creating a competitive advantage for companies. In order to achieve these goals, questionnaires were distributed to a number of mobile phone company agents in Baghdad. 123 questionnaires were processed and the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. A relationship has been found between social media marketing and various sources of competitive advantage, which are social capital, brand awareness, perceived service quality and customer engagement, as the most important dimensions that organizations can focus on in order to create a competitive advantage, this was confirmed by our findings after launching a survey on a number of mobile phone agencies.
