Aile İçi Şiddetle Mücadele Çalışmaları ve Karşılaşılan Sorunlar

Abstract

Çalışmamızda toplumsal sorun olarak tespit edilen aile içinde kadına yönelik şiddetin önlenmesi ve kadın-erkek eşitliğinin sağlanması amacı ile 1983 yılından sonra TBMM'de grubu bulunan siyasal partilerin konuya bakışları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Aile içi şiddet, birçok kurum ve kuruluşun ortak çalışmaları ile önlenebilecek toplumsal sorundur. Bu sorun eğitim ve ekonomik seviye ile de bağlantılıdır. Çalışmamızda aile içi şiddetle mücadelede görev alan kurumların görevleri, kurumlar arası işbirliği, aile içi şiddetle mücadelede karşılaşılan sorunlar tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve öneriler sıralanmıştır.The aim of this study is to find out the approaches of the political parties that have had groups in Turkish Grand Assembly (TBMM) since 1983, about the prevention of domestic violence against women which is determined as a societal problem, and ensuring equality between men and women.Domestic violence is a societal problem that can be prevented through common work of various institutions and organizations. This problem is also connected to education and economical level. In this study, it is aimed to determine duties of the institutions taking role in struggle against domestic violence, inter-organizational cooperation, problems which are met in struggling domestic violence and then solutions for these problems are discussed.
