Karma İşlevli Konut Kompleksleri: Ankara Örneği

Abstract

İnsanlığın temel gereksinimlerinden barınma sonucunda ortaya çıkan konut, ilk ortaya çıktığı zamandan günümüze yapısal ve anlam bakımından değişiklik göstermiştir. Üretimi bağlamında ilk amacı ve anlamı sığınma-barınma olan konut, süreç içinde sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik, siyasi ifade aracı biçiminde dönüşmüştür. Bu anlamları ifade etmede konutun biçimi, üretim teknikleri, malzeme ve dekorasyon özellikleri gibi unsurlar değişkenlik göstermektedir. Bu unsurların kullanıldığı alanlar dönemin beklentilerine göre değişen mimari yaklaşımların temelinde şekillenmektedir. Günümüz konut biçimlenmelerinden biri olan Karma İşlevli Konut Kompleksler de sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik ve siyasi değişimlerin uzantısı olarak mimariye yansıyan bir model olmaktadır. Karma İşlevli Konut Kompleksler seçilen üç örneklem üzerinden; proje kimliği, konumu, görsel özellikleri, iç mekân-mimari plan doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir. Karma İşlevli Konut Komplekslerin oluşumuna sebep olan siyasi, ekonomik ve sosyal dönüşümlerin tanımlanması bulgu ve sonuçları bakımından ele alınmıştır.The housing, which emerged as a result of sheltering as the basic needs of humanity, has changed in terms of structure and meaning since the begining of time. Although the first aim of the housing is to provide shelter, its meaning has developed in different dimensions such as in a social, cultural, economic and political way. The form, production techniques, material and decoration of housing vary, in accordance with the manner of these ways. These elements and their area of use show difference, in line with the architectural approaches which are shaped by the expectations and issues of a certain era. . Thus, mixed-use high rise residental complexes, as one of the current housing models, reflect the social, cultural, economics and political changes to architecture. In this study, mixed-use high rise residential complexes are examined through three samples; regarding the identity of the project, its location, visual features and the interior-architecture plan. Moreover, the cultural political, economic and social development and transformations which are the cause of such mixed-use high rise residential complexes are examined.
