Abstract

This study presents an approach to address the issue of keeping curriculum content in synch with the changing demands; in other words dynamic curriculum delivery or dynamic curriculum updating based on a model. In this approach, the analysis of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) job data from the industry, and as well as the ongoing use of expert knowledge from the field of information science keep the ICT curriculum content up-to-date, relevant, and consistent with the educational goals of the universities, and students in a variety of educational and cultural contexts. A number of recommendations are put forward for educating students in Turkish universities in order to enhance their opportunities in the international job market. © 2011 TEMPUS Publications.
