Abstract
Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafındangeliştirilen performansa dayalı ek ödeme sistemi uygulaması ile devlet hastanelerinde de performans yönetim sürecine geçilmiştir. Çalışmamızda Bursa ilindeki Bursa Devlet Hastanesi ve Ali Osman Sönmez Onkoloji Hastanesi'nde uygulanmakta olan mevcut sistemden çalışanlarınmemnuniyetleri, sistemi adil bulmaları, iş yükü düzeyleri ve sistemin performans vemotivasyonlarını etkileme düzeyleri ile performansa dayalı ek ödeme sistemi ile arasında anlamlı birfarklılığın olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı; Bursa ilindeki Bursa Devlet Hastanesi ve Ali Osman Sönmez Onkoloji Hastanesi'nde uygulanan performansadayalı ek ödeme sisteminin hastanede çalışanlar tarafındanalgılanma biçimleri ile performansa dayalı ek ödeme sistemi ile ilgili hazırlananifadelere verdikleri cevaplar arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olup olmadığını tespitetmektir. Bu tespit ile mevcut performans değerlendirme sistemi ile ilgili hastanedeçalışanların algıları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama kaynağı olarak anket yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Anket formunda yer alan sorular kaynak taraması ve uzmanların görüşleri doğrultusunda araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanılmaya çalışılmıştır. 511 kişi çalışmaya katılmayı kabul etmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda anlamlı farklılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiş ayrıca çalışanların sistemden memnun olmadıkları, sistemi adil bulmadıkları, sistemin performans ve motivasyonlarını olumsuz etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. This detection current to determine the perceptions of the employees related to the performance evaluation system in the hospital have been studied. In the study the survey method of data collection has benefited from as a source. The questions in the questionnaire, literature review and experts opinions in the light of by the researcher tried to prepare. 511 people has agreed to participate in the study.As a result of research were found to have significant differences in addition, the employees are not satisfied with the system, The system they do not find it fair, have a negative impact on the performance of the system and their motivation have been identified.
