The Department of Public Relations and Advertising started its 4-year undergraduate degree program in 2000 under the School of Business. The Department of Public Relations and Advertising offers a program that stresses the skill of analytical thinking for students. The program is based on academic standpoints and supported by practices and new technologies. The department offers the opportunity to take elective courses from its own curriculum, or from other departments, in addition to theoretical and practical courses that complement each other. With a program offered in English, the Department of Public Relations and Advertising has mutual contracts with universities from Spain, the Netherlands and Finland within the scope of the “Erasmus Exchange Program”. In addition, the graduate degree program of “Public Relations and Advertising” under the Graduate School of social Sciences aims to sustain the continuity of undergraduate-level education and training, and to meet the demands of those pursuing to advance academically.

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile bankacılık sektöründeki insan kaynaklarına yönelik performans ölçme kriterlerinin belirlenmesi, bunların çalışanlar tarafından nasıl algılandığının tespiti ve iş tatminine yönelik etkilerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu nedenle, dinamik bir süreci ifade eden performans değerlendirmenin sektörel olarak incelenmesi ve çalışanlar ve motivasyonları üzerindeki etkilerinin tespiti verimlilik ve etkinliğe önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.Taşıdığı risk ve yoğun çalışma temposuyla diğer birçok sektördeki çalışanlardan daha ağır çalışma koşullarına sahip olan banka çalışanlarının, kendilerine uygulanan performans kriterlerine ilişkin İKY standardı geliştirilmiştir. Kurumlarda çalışanlarla yöneticilerin birlikte amaçlar saptaması, çabaların birleştirilmesi ve alınan sonuçların değerlendirilmesi için yapılan performans değerlendirme, çalışanların performansını planlamayı, değerlendirmeyi ve geliştirmeyi amaçlamakta, objektifliği, uygunluğu, güvenilirliği, iş birliği ve iletişim sağlama özelliği ile motivasyon üzerinde etkili olmaktadır.Anahtar Sözcükler:1.Bankacılık2.Performans3.Performans Değerlendirme4.Motivasyon5.İKY
In this study, determining the criteria for measuring the performance of the banking sector for human resources, their determination and how it is perceived by employees is aimed to determine the effects of job satisfaction. Therefore, the performance assessment is a dynamic process and motivations of employees on the effects of sectoral analysis and event detection efficiency and make an important contribution. Due to the risks, and the hard work of many other workers in the industry with more severe operating conditions, the bank employees, HRM standard has been developed for the performance criteria applied to them. Managers in organizations with employees detection purposes, combining the efforts made for the evaluation of the results and performance evaluation, employee performance planning, assessment and aims to improve the objectivity, relevance, reliability, collaboration and communication are effective in providing feature on motivation.
