Arap-İsrail uyuşmazlığında Filistin sorunu

Abstract

Filistin'in bulunduğu bölge, jeopolitik, jeostratejik ve jeoekonomik açılardan değerlendirildiğinde, gerek bölge ülkeleri ve gerekse küresel güç odakları açısından oldukça önem arz eden bir bölgedir. Böyle olması hasebiyle de bu bölgede her zaman bir kaos ortamı mevcut olmuştur. Ancak bu sefer ki çok daha uzun süren ve sürecek olan Filistin Sorunu'dur ki bu çalışma tam da bu noktada bir çalışma olmuştur. Filistin Sorunu bölgesel değil, evrensel bir sorun ve sadece iki taraflı değil çok taraflı bir sorun olma özelliğinden dolayı neredeyse tüm dünyayı ilgilendiren bir sorun olmuştur.Bu coğrafyada yaşayan insanlar çok sıkıntılar çekmiş ve çekmeye devam etmektedirler. Yahudi diasporasının bir yurt kurma ihtiyacından hâsıl olan bir vatan toprağı için, evvelden beri istedikleri Filistin'in seçilmesi ile başlamış olan Filistin-İsrail Sorunu, bu yurtta yüzyıllardır yaşayan Filistinli Arapların, İsrail'in yayılmacı bir politika izlemesi sonucunda yurtlarını terk etmesine sebep olmuş ve buna benzer yeni sorunlar oluşmasıyla bir çığ gibi büyüyerek ve çeşitli şekillerde değişime uğrayarak günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Öyle sanıyorum ki bu sorun uzun yıllar boyunca da gündemdeki yerini korumaya devam edecektir.Bu çalışmada, Filistin-İsrail Sorunu'na Türkiye'nin bakışı ve her iki ülke ile olan siyasi, askeri ve ekonomik ilişkileri de incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, bölgede güç sahibi devletlerin de ilişkileri ele alınarak, bu coğrafyadaki menfaatleri ve bölgedeki etnik grupların mücadeleleri ve bölgedeki etkilerine de yer verilmiştir.Bu çalışma, Filistin-İsrail Sorununa bir çözüm önerisi çalışması olarak değil, sorunun ortaya çıkışı ve gelişimi ile bölgedeki etkilerini inceleyen bir çalışma olmuştur. Temennim, İsrail'de iki ülke halkının beraberce barış içerisinde yaşamayı başardığı, ?Neve Şalom / Vaha es Selam Köyü'nün? yaşantısının tüm bölgeye örnek olması ve bu örneği tüm bölge halkının uygulamasıdır.

When the location of Palestine is evaluated regarding its geopolitical, geostrategical and geoeconomic aspects, it seems to be an important region both for regional countries and global power groups. For this reason always a chaos environment existed in this region. The subject of our study, arising from deep conflict between Arabs-Israel, the Palestine question is realised and developing in this chaos environment which initiated a century ago and reached up today and surely improve in future too.Palestine Question has kept its importance until today as almost concerning whole world depending its characteristics being not a regional but an universal issue, not bilateral but multilateral question.The Palestinian-Israeli Issue which began upon the selection of Palestine as a homeland by Jewish diaspora that derived from the requirement of a country desired for a long time caused Palestinian Arabs to leave their country where they lived on for hundreds of years as a result of adopted expansionist policy of Israel and with the formation of similar problems, this issue reached up until today by snowballing and changing in various ways and I assume that this issue will maintain its place on the agenda for long years ahead.In this study, an effort given for to examine the outlook of Turkey to the question and politicial, military and economical relations with both countries.Additionally, the relations of the powerful countries in the region is discussed considering their profits in this geography and place given for the struggles between ethnic groups and affects on the region.This study is rendered not as a solution for Palestine-Israel question but a survey examining the rise of the question and its development and the affects in the region. My wish is that the life in ?Neve Shalom / Wahat al-Salaam Village? serve as a model in all region where both country?s people achieved to live in peace together and to be implemented by all inhabitants of the region.
