    Literatürde yer alan pek çok araştırma, paydaşların projelerin başarısını şekillendirmedeki temel rolünü vurgulamaktadır. Bu çalışma, paydaşlarla ilişkilendirilen belirli bağımsız değişkenlerin projelerin sonuçları üzerindeki etkilerini detaylı bir şekilde incelemektedir. Literatürde sıklıkla ele almaları ve projelerin başarısı ile güçlü bir şekilde ilişkilendirilmeleri sebebiyle, paydaşların katılımı, psikolojik güçlendirilmeleri ve etkileri bu çalışmada bağımsız değişkenler olarak incelenmektedir. Paydaşların işi ne derecede olumlu veya olumsuz yönde etkileyebileceklerini değerlendirmek, projeye olan etkilerini değerlendirebilmek açısından kritik bir unsurdur. Bu çalışmanın bağımlı değişkeni olan proje başarısı, zaman, performans, kalite ve memnuniyet gibi anahtar performans göstergeleri (KPI'lar) kullanılarak değerlendirilmektedir. Kantitatif bir yaklaşım benimseyerek ve uygunluk örnekleme yöntemi kullanarak, Google Forms aracılığıyla hissedarlar, yatırımcılar, yöneticiler ve çalışanlar dahil olmak üzere 250 paydaştan veri toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler, SPSS kullanılarak titiz bir analizden geçirilmiş ve hipotezleri test edebilmek için korelasyon ve regresyon testleri uygulanmıştır. Korelasyon testi, modeli sonuçlarıyla doğrulamış ve regresyon analizleri, paydaşların katılımı, paydaşların psikolojik güçlendirilmesi ve paydaş etkisinin de dahil olduğu bağımsız değişkenlerin, bağımlı değişken olan proje başarısı ile anlamlı ve olumlu ilişkileri olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu bulguların, paydaş değişkenlerinin projelerin başarısı üzerindeki etkileri konusundaki bilgi birikimine önemli katkılarda bulunması umulmaktadır.

    Numerous literature reviews have underscored the fundamental role of stakeholders in shaping the success of projects. This research thoroughly investigates the impact of specific independent variables associated with stakeholders on project outcomes. The examined independent variables encompass stakeholders' engagement, psychological empowerment, and impact, selected due to their notably close correlation with project success, as substantiated by diverse literature reviews and citations. Stakeholders' engagement is centered on their proactive involvement and contributions to the organization, while psychological empowerment confers authority upon stakeholders to leverage their skills for the organization's benefit. Assessing the extent to which stakeholders can positively or negatively influence the business, stakeholders' impact is a crucial aspect. Project success, functioning as the dependent variable, is assessed in the survey through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time, performance, quality, and satisfaction. Employing a quantitative approach and implementing convenience sampling, data were gathered from 250 stakeholders, encompassing owners, investors, managers, and staff members, through Google Forms. The collected data underwent rigorous analysis using SPSS, with correlation and regression tests applied to test the hypotheses. The correlation examination has confirmed the model through its outcomes, and regression analyses have illustrated a significant and positive association between the independent variables—namely, stakeholders' engagement, stakeholders' psychological empowerment, and stakeholders' impact—and the dependent variable, which is the success of the project. These findings significantly contribute to the existing body of knowledge, enriching our understanding of specific stakeholder variables and their pivotal role in project success.
