Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde Mevcut Beslenme Sistemi ve Yeni Bir Model Önerisi

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile; muharebe sahasında birliklerin başarısını önemli oranda etkileyecek lojistik ve yiyecek ikmal faaliyetlerinin sistematik bir biçimde işleyişini sağlayabilecek, yiyecek ikmal işlerinde sürat ve elastikiyet kazandırabilecek bir yapıda olması gereken yeni yiyecek ikmal sistemi ile 1900'liü yılların ihtiyaçlarına göre şekillendirilmiş eski yiyecek ikmal sisteminin karşılaştırılmasının yapılması ve yapılan değerlendirmeler ışığında yeni yiyecek ikmal sistemiyle ilgili iyileştirme tedbirlerinin önerilmesi hedeflenmiştir.Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde; mevcut sistemin başlangıç ve devamının tanımlaması yapılmıştır. Bunlara dayalı olarak ta araştırmanın problemi, amacı, önemi, gerekçesi, sınırlılıkları ve faraziyeleri ortaya konmuştur.İkinci bölümde beslenme sisteminin tarihi evrimi ve gelişimi anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca kullandığımız besin maddeleri ve toplumda meydana gelen beslenme sorunları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde; mevcut beslenme sistemi tanımlanmış, avantajları ve dezavantajları ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca toplumda benzer uygulamalar da bulunan sivil sektör uygulamalarıyla, gelişmiş ülke ordulanndaki sistemler ortaya konmuştur.Dördüncü bölümde; önerilen yeni beslenme sistemi tanımlanmış ve bu sistemin nasıl uygulanacağı hakkında bilgi verilerek hedeflenen sonuç ortaya konmuştur.Bu araştırma ile yeni beslenme sisteminin, personelin tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabileceği, eski sisteme göre avantajlarının oldukça yüksek olduğu, tespit edilen eksikliklerin giderilmesi halinde daha etkin çalışan bir beslenme sistemine olabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This research aims; to compare and evaluate the food supply systems of Turkish Land Forces: the old one which was designed according to the requirements of 1900's and the new one, which is formed to speed the food supply activities up, to control warehouses effectively. It is a fact that the success of units in battlefield is related to food supply system. After comparing these systems it will be easy to suggest some proposals on behalf of the new food supply system.The first chapter discusses logistics and food supply systems of the future by reviewing the relevant literature. Besides, it brings up the latest developments in food supply systems. Regarding all of these, the goal, significance, necessity, limits and hypothesis of the research is pointed out.The second chapter telling the food and feeding system of history and evolution. Besides giving information which are used food by us and problem of feeding.The third chapter descripe to knowen food supply system and the advantaj or not. Besides explain similar applies in the country civil sector and modern country army food supply system applies.The fourth chapter describe to propose of new food supply system and telling the new system how it is be done and aiming result.With this research; it is hoped that the new food supply system can meet the supply requirements of Turkish Army peace time. Also it has more advantages than the old one. In case of solving the determined problems, we will obtain a more effective supply system that will meet the needs of units in battlefield for a long time
