The Department of Public Relations and Advertising started its 4-year undergraduate degree program in 2000 under the School of Business. The Department of Public Relations and Advertising offers a program that stresses the skill of analytical thinking for students. The program is based on academic standpoints and supported by practices and new technologies. The department offers the opportunity to take elective courses from its own curriculum, or from other departments, in addition to theoretical and practical courses that complement each other. With a program offered in English, the Department of Public Relations and Advertising has mutual contracts with universities from Spain, the Netherlands and Finland within the scope of the “Erasmus Exchange Program”. In addition, the graduate degree program of “Public Relations and Advertising” under the Graduate School of social Sciences aims to sustain the continuity of undergraduate-level education and training, and to meet the demands of those pursuing to advance academically.

Abstract

Bu çalışma iş yerinde mobbing ile iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin varlığını sorgulamak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Son yıllarda oldukça artış gösteren konunun önemi göz önüne alınarak mobbing, iş doyumu ve bunlar arasındaki ilişki açıklanmış ve buna ek olarak Ankara ilinde bulunan iki kamu hastanesinde (Ulus Devlet Hastanesi ve Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi) görev yapan hemşireler üzerinde uygulamalı bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada iki ölçek kullanılmıştır. Bunlardan ilki Henz Leyman (1993) tarafından belirlenen 5 grup ve 45 ifadeden oluşan mobbing tipolojisinden faydalanarak geliştirilen mobbing davranışları, nedenleri, etkileri ve tepkileri belirlemeye yönelik olarak hazırlanan mobbing ölçeği, diğeri ise Dawis ve Arkadaşları (1967) tarafından iş doyumu düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla geliştirilen ve Baycan tarafından Türkçe uyarlaması yapılan 20 sorudan oluşan Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeğidir. Araştırma evrenini Ankara ilinde bulunan iki kamu hastanesinde çalışan 180 hemşire oluşturmaktadır. Hemşirelere mobbing ve iş doyumu ifadelerinden oluşan anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Alınan veriler SPSS 16.0 programında çözümlenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda mobbing ve iş doyumu arasında negatif yönde bir ilişkinin varlığı ortaya konmuştur. The aim of this survey is to interrogate the relationship between the mobbing and work satisfaction. Considering the importance of the subject increased recently, psychological violence, work satisfaction and the relationship between the two was carried out on the nurses in two different public hospitals in Ankara. Two scale are used in the seseaech. The first one is determined By Henz Leyman(1993) which is consist of 5 groups and 45 statements İmproved from mobbing tipology, mobbing behavior,mobbing scaleswhich are done to determine the reasons and reactions, and the other one is done to determine the level of job satisfaction by Dawis and his friends and the Minnoseta job satisfaction scale consisting of 20 questions adapted to Turkish. The resaarch universe consists of 160 nurses located working in the two public hospitals located Ankara. The survey consisting of mobbing and job satisfaction expressions was done on the nurses. The data resollved in SPSS 16.0 program and the resviting findings have been interpreted. As a result of this study there is a presence of a negative direction between mobbing and job satisfaction.
