Abstract
Günümüz işletme çevresi küreselleşmenin de etkisiyle değişim ve gelişim halindedir. İşletmelerin çevre sınırlarının kalkması, beraberinde yoğun rekabet ortamını getirmiştir. Bu durum işletme faaliyetlerini günlük ve stabil yaklaşımdan ziyade uzun dönemde ve rekabet edebilecek seviyeye taşımaları için stratejik düşünceye yaklaştırmış. Bilgi çağını yaşadığımız bu yüzyılda rekabetin en önemli unsuru işletmenin işgörenleri ve stratejilerin işletme bünyesinde uygulayıcıları olan insan kaynakları birimleridir. İnsan kaynakları birimleri de işletmelerin stratejilerine uygun politikalar ve uygulamalarla stratejiye destek olmaya çalışır. Bu uygunluk işletmeye içsel bir güç kazandırarak stratejinin gerçekleşmesine olanak sağlar. Alanındakilerin bakış açılarıyla bu konuları araştırmak üzerine hazırlanan tez çalışmamda, literatür taramasının yanında bu alanda yetkili olan üst düzey işletme yöneticileri ve insan kaynakları uzmanlarıyla derinlemesine mülakatlar yapılmış, işletme stratejik yönetiminin insan kaynaklarıyla uyumu farklı yönleri ile irdelenmiştir. Today's business environment is undergoing change and development under the influence of globalization. The cancellation of the environmental boundaries of enterprises has brought intense competition. This brought the business activities closer to the strategic conception for the long-term competitive movements rather than daily and stable approach. The most important element of competition in this century is the human resources units, which are the implementers of the business and the strategists in the business. Human resources departments also strive to support the strategy with policies and practices that are appropriate to the strategies of the enterprises. This eligibility allows the strategy to take place by giving it an inherent power to operate. Within the scope of the thesis studies, detailed interviews was made by several company and human resources managers, who are deeply experienced and competent in their field, beside extensive literature survey. By this approach, the strategic management of the company has been examined with different aspects of adaptation to human resources.
