Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EE) offers solid graduate education and research program. Our Department is known for its student-centered and practice-oriented education. We are devoted to provide an exceptional educational experience to our students and prepare them for the highest personal and professional accomplishments. The advanced teaching and research laboratories are designed to educate the future workforce and meet the challenges of current technologies. The faculty's research activities are high voltage, electrical machinery, power systems, signal and image processing and photonics. Our students have exciting opportunities to participate in our department's research projects as well as in various activities sponsored by TUBİTAK, and other professional societies. European Remote Radio Laboratory project, which provides internet-access to our laboratories, has been accomplished under the leadership of our department with contributions from several European institutions.

Abstract

Makine Öğreniminin doğru anlaşılması, Yapay Zeka için temel bir temel ve çok bilinen bir başlıktır. . Tüm dünyadaki dil engellerini ortadan kaldırmak için çok iyi bilinen bir araçtır. Bu tezde, Türkçe ve İngilizce arasındaki çeviri için bir Nöral model kurulmuş ve MATLAB'de gerçekleştirilmiş ve kendiliğinden bir deney gerçekleştirilmiştir.Deneyen nesnel ve öznel değerlendirmesi yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar, sonuçlarin ve elde elde etmek için yan yana tutulmuştur. MATLAB kullanılarak dizelerin Türkçeden İngilizceye çeviri süreler elde edilmiş ve tez çalışmasında alıntılanmıştır tutulmuştur. Üç tür Sinir ağı için Matematikse modelleme gerçekleştirilmiştir ve öteleme tahmini, stokastik süreçler ve olasılıksal yöntemler kullanılarak yapılmıştır
Accurate comprehension of Machine Learning is a fundamental basis and a very well- known caption for Artificial Intelligence. It is a very well-known tool in order to eradicate the language barriers across the entire globe. In this thesis a Neural Model for translation between Turkish and English has been established and has been implemented in the MATLAB and a spontaneous experiment has been performed. The objective and subjective evaluation of the experiment has been made and the results obtained are kept in juxtaposition with each and other to derive the consistency and truthfulness of the results. Using the MATLAB the translation time of the strings from Turkish to English has been obtained and is quoted in the thesis work. Mathematical Modelling has been accomplished for the three types of Neural Networks and the translation prediction is done using the stochastic processes and probabilistic methods.
