Mekân tasarımında tema: Tematik konut örnekleri

Abstract

Mimari mekân tasarımı ve iç mekân tasarımında tema kavramı, tematik mekân oluşumu ve temanın tasarım, tasarımcı ve konut alıcıları açısından irdelenmesi bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada tema kavramı ve tema kavramının oluşum kriterleri ele alınmıştır. Mekân oluşumunda Tema kavramını etkileyen, belirleyen ya da tetikleyen faktörler malzeme, renk ve ışık, sanat akımı veya dönemi, kavram kullanım, kültür ve coğrafyanın etkisi araştırılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada tematik konutların en yoğun olduğu illerin başında İstanbul ve Ankara geldiği saptanmıştır. İstanbul ve Ankara'dan toplamda 4 tematik konut projesi incelenmiştir. Alan uygulaması anket çalışması ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket sonuçlarına göre tasarımcı ve tasarım ekiplerinin tema kavramına bakış açıları projede ne sıklıkla yer verdikleri, uygulanacak temayı kimin seçtiği ve projeye nasıl yansıtıldığı incelenirken 2. Anket çalışması ile konut sahibi/konut sahibi olacakların tematik konut projeleri hakkındaki düşünceleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Türkiye'de yer alan tematik konutların uygulamak için seçtikleri temaları ne kadar yansıttıkları ile ilgili birtakım verilere ulaşılmıştır. The main objective of this study is to use the concept of theme in architectural housing projects and how it is reflected in the thematic housing projects which the theme is used in. In this study, the concept of theme and formation criteria of the concept of theme are discussed. In the formation of space, the effects of factors such as material, colour, light, art movement or period, using concepts, culture and geography, which affect, determine, trigger the concept of theme, are studied. It has been detected in this study that İstanbul and Ankara are the provinces with the most density in thematic housing. A total of 4 thematic housing projects in İstanbul and Ankara have been examined, and the field research has been carried out with a survey. According to the survey, it is examined that how often designers and design teams share their perspectives on the concept of theme in the project, who has chosen the theme will be applied, and how it is reflected in the project; on the other hand it has been tried to determine homeowners/who will be homeowners' thoughts about the thematic housing projects.It has obtained some data about how the thematic housing projects in Turkey reflect the themes which they have chosen.
