Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi Yönetiminde Kadın

Abstract

Çağdaş, demokratik bir toplum olmanın gereği, kadının toplumun tüm yapıları içinde erkeklerle eşit statüde olmasıdır. Kadınların siyasetteki yerinin ve rolünün ölçüsünü belirleyen, bugünden daha ileri olmasını engelleyen ataerkil zihniyet siyaset alanında son derece etkilidir. Kadının yeterince temsil edilememesi toplumsal cinsiyet kalıp yargıları, kadının erkeğe göre düşük toplumsal statüsü ve erkek lehine siyasal iktidar ilişkileri ile ilintilidir.Kadının siyasal katımını, katılımı etkileyen siyasal toplumsallaşma süreçleri ve kazanılan toplumsal roller açısından incelemek, sorunun doğru tespiti için önemli bir unsurdur. Dolayısıyla, bu tezin kuramsal çerçeve kısmında, kadın haklarının kazanımında kadın hareketi ve feminist örgütlerin dünyada ve Türkiye'de gelişimi ve etkisi anlatılmış, Türk siyasi tarihine kadın açısından etkisi irdelenmiştir.Yapılan alan araştırmasında ise Adalet ve Kalınma Partisi yönetimindeki kadın siyasetçiler ile mülakatlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Böylelikle karar alma noktalarına geliş süreçleri sorgulanarak, kadının siyasete bakışı ve siyaset yapma dinamikleri ve diğer siyasetçilerle ilişkileri irdelenmiştir. Karar alma mekanizmalarında yer alma süreçlerinde karşılaştıkları zorluk ve kolaylıklara değinilmiş ve edindikleri tecrübelere, çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler:1-Siyaset2-Siyasi partiler3-Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi4-Yönetim5-Kadın

The need for a modern, democratic society requires the same level of status of women among men in any structure of society. The place of women in politics and the role to be more advanced than today that determine the metric of the patriarchal mindset that prevents is extremely effective in the field of politics. It?s related with women?s inability to be represented adequately, the misleading judgment of social role of women, low social status of woman and political power relations in favor of men.To examine the political participation of women in terms of the effects had upon the process of political socialization and acquired social roles is an important factor for the correct identification. Therefore, women?s movement in the process of gaining women rights and development and impact of feminist organizations in Turkey and around the world is explained and probed in the sense of women throughout the history of Turkish politics in the theoretical framework part of this thesis.Interviews were conducted with the women politicians in the Justice and Development Component Party in the field studies carried out. Woman?s point of view towards politics, overview of the processes of the dynamics and relations with other politicians are scrutinized by querying the arrival of decision-making points. The difficulties that women might encounter during the process of getting involved in having a say in the decision making mechanism as well as their gained experiences and recommendations for the solutions are included.Keywords:1-Politics2-Political parties3-Justice and Development Party4- Management5- Women
