Abstract

Subsequent to reviewing the related literature into the study, three scales which were revised and corrected were employed. The first of these is the scale of justice developed by Moorman and Niehoff , the second one is the scale of ethics developed by Brown, Trevino and Harrison, and the third one is the scale of organizational commitment. There was used no separate organizational trust scale, instead the scale of justice and ethics were made use of to collect data on organizational trust. These scales were implemented in four and five start hotel establishments along with holiday villages. The findings of the study were evaluated analyzed through a statistical package program, using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficient, Duncan test, t-test and ANOVA. The level of significance was taken as 0,05. The result of the study reveals that there is a relation between organizational trust, measured through the scales of justice and ethics, and organizational commitment. It has also been found out that the perception of ethics, trust, justice and commitment differs by the variables of age, education, duration of employment and department.Key Words: Organizational Justice, Organizaitonal Ethics, Organizational Trust,Organizational Commitment, Hospitality Establishments
