Commonly paired with the term logistics, international trade is an irreplaceable, ever-developing element that even pioneers theory with its practices. International trade and logistics is a field that involves developing areas of commerce such as “E-Commerce” and utilizes state-of-the-art technology. As we all know, E-Commerce reaches a volume of trillions of dollars due to special days and celebrations; whereas logistics is what fleshes it out. In addition, while e-commerce gains popularity during the global Covid-19 outbreak, logistics is what deems storage, transportation and customs duties possible. At our Department, the education is offered in English with a program and a staff that grasp development; in addition to hands-on training at our simulation center. Assigning expert academicians and instructors, the department grants the opportunity to make observations in turkey or abroad, every year and in each semester. Similarly, our Department sends students to Erasmus programs, every year. Thus, our graduates are never unemployed. Maintaining our state of being “the only”, “the first”, “and the best” in education, social life, and sports..

Abstract

Küreselleşme olgusuyla birlikte artan ticari ve finansal ilişkiler sonucunda ihracat, bütünleşen ülkeler açısından daha da önem kazanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra ekonomik kalkınmanın ve sürdürülebilir bir ekonomik büyümenin yolu da istikrarlı bir ihracat artışından geçmektedir. Sürdürülebilir ihracat artışının sağlanmasında ise ihracatın finansmanı büyük önem arz etmektedir.Bu tez çalışmasında dış ticaret politikası, ihracatın finansmanı ve 1990 sonrası ihracatın gelişimi incelenmiş, belirlenen bankalarla görüşülüp ticari bankaların, küreselleşmeyle beraber önemi artan ihracatın finansmanı konusuna yaklaşımı araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada somut sonuçlara ulaşmak için Federal Almanya incelenmiştir. Türk Eximbank'la, Türkiye'de ve Almanya'da bulunan ticari bankalarla yapılan görüşmeler ve elde edilen veriler ışığında genel değerlendirmeler yapılıp ihracatın gelişimi için çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
As a result of increased commercial and financial relations due to globalization, export has gained even more importance for integrating countries. In addition to this, the road to economic development and a sustainable economic growth passes through a stable increase in export. In return, the financing of export is extremely important for realizing a sustainable export increase.In this thesis we studied international trade policy, the financing of export and the development of export in the after math of 1990; we specified some commercial banks; carried out interviews with them with the aim of determining their approach as to the financing of export which gained increased importance due to globalization. We also studied Federal Almanya in order to arrive at concrete conclusions. In the light of data and interviews with Turkish Eximbank, and commercial banks in Turkey and Germany, some general evaluations are made and various proposals are stated.
