Kobi'lerde Endüstri 4.0 Durum Tespiti Ostim Örneği

Abstract

İnsanlık 18.yy'dan günümüze gelene kadar üç farklı sanayi devrimi süreci yaşamış ve zor da olsa bu süreçlere adapte olmayı başarabilmiştir. Her sanayi devrimi üretim biçimlerinde, üretim için gereken teknoloji ve enerji bakımından, çalışma ve toplum hayatında olumlu ya da olumsuz birtakım değişiklikleri de beraberinde getirmiştir. Şu anda da dünya dördüncü sanayi devrimi olarak nitelendirilen Endüstri 4.0 Devrimi ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Bu yüzyıl ile başlayan Endüstri 4.0 ekolü, internetin, haberleşmenin ve ulaşımın sağladığı faydalar neticesinde çok hızlı bir şekilde gelişmeye devam etmektedir. Gelişen ve her geçen gün farklılaşmaya devam eden bu teknolojiler ile insan ve makine arasında kolay bir haberleşme ve veri aktarımı süreci amaçlanmaktadır. Bu süreç içerisinde de akıllı fabrikalarda nesnelerin interneti, siber fiziksel sistemler, birbirleriyle iletişim halinde olan sensörlü otonom makinelerle üretimin artırılması hedeflenmiştir. Küreselleşen ve rekabet koşullarının her geçen gün daha zor bir hal aldığı günümüz dünyasında, işletmelerin anlık değişen pazar taleplerine aynı hızda cevap verebilmek ve varlıklarını koruyabilmek adına, Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarına iş yerlerini bir an önce adapte etmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu sebepten ötürü yapmış olduğumuz bu çalışmada özellikle ekonomilerin bel kemiğini oluşturan KOBİ'lerin Endüstri 4.0'a hazır olup olmadıkları ve devrimin hangi aşamasında yer aldıkları konuları üzerine Ankara, OSTİM bölgesinde nicel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Humanity has gone through three different industrial revolution processes from the 18th century until today and has only been able to adapt to these processes. Every industrial revolution has brought with it some positive or negative mistakes in terms of production, technology and energy required for production, work and social life. Currently, the world has faced the Industry 4.0 Revolution, which is described as the fourth industrial revolution. The Industry 4.0 school related to this century, the benefits of the internet, communication and transportation continue to develop very rapidly. An easy communication and data transfer process between human and machine is aimed with these technologies, which are developing and differentiating day by day. In this process, it is aimed to increase the internet of things, cyber-physical systems, and sensor-based autonomous production in smart factories. In today's world, where globalizing and competitive conditions are getting more and more difficult, businesses need to adapt their businesses to Industry 4.0 applications as soon as possible in order to respond to instantly changing market demands and to protect their existence. For this reason, in this study we have done, a quantitative research has been carried out in Ankara, OSTİM region on whether SMEs, which form the backbone of economies, are ready for Industry 4.0 and at what stage of the revolution they take place.
