Tele-tıp ve Mobil Sağlık Uygulamaları Konusunda Hekim Görüşlerinin Belirlenmesi: Bir Özel Hastane Örneği

Abstract

Mobil sağlık uygulamaları, sağlık hizmetleri için gelişmekte olan ve gittikçe popüler bir hale gelen uygulamalar bütünü olarak ifade edilebilir. Gelişmiş ülkelerde bu yeni tür sağlık hizmetlerine ayak uydurulmuş ve bu alanda önemli adımlar atılmıştır. Birçok ülkede sağlık sistemleri mobil uygulamalar çerçevesinde hem doktorlar, hem de hastalar tarafından rahatlıkla kullanılabilmektedir. Yaşlı olan ve kronik hastalıkları bulunan kişilerin bakımı, ve takibi için önemli bir uygulama olup, özellikle Covid-19 salgını sürecinde bu önem daha da artmıştır. Günümüzde, dijitalleşmenin bir getirisi olan mobil sağlık uygulamalarının kullanımı, ülkemizde de oldukça önemli bir hal almış, daha etkili ve daha nitelikli bir hizmet sunulmasına da katkı sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, Covid-19 sürecinde mobil sağlık uygulamaları ile Tele-tıp uygulamalarının kullanımı araştırılmıştır. Çalışma, özel bir hastanede görev yapan 170 hekim üzerinde ankete dayalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tele-tıp ve mobil sağlık uygulamalarının ne ölçüde, hangi hizmetlerde kullanıldığı belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda katılımcıların mobil sağlık uygulamaları ve Tele-tıp uygulamalarına bakış açılarının nasıl olduğu ve katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine göre Tele-tıp ve mobil sağlık uygulamalarına bakış açılarında farklılık olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma verileri sonucunda genel olarak katılımcıların Tele-tıp ile ilgili genel görüşleri olumlu yöndeyken, mobil sağlık uygulamalarına bakış açılarının orta düzeyde olduğu, ayrıca katılımcıların mobil sağlık uygulamaları ve tele tıp uygulamaları konusunda Türkiye'de gelişime ihtiyaç olduğu konusunda ortak bir düşünceye sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

Mobile health applications can be expressed as a set of developing and increasingly popular applications for healthcare. In developed countries have kept up with this new type of health services and important steps have been taken in this area. Health systems in many countries can be used easily by both doctors and patients within the framework of mobile applications. It is an important practice for the care and follow-up the elderly and people with chronis diseases and this importance has increased especially during the Covid-19 outbreak. The use of mobile health applications, which is a result of digitalization, has become very important in our country today and contributed to provison of a more effective and more qualified service. In this study, the useage of mobile healthcare - applications and Tele-medicine applications in the Covid-19 process was investigated. The study was conducted on the basis of a questionnare on 170 physicians working private hospital. It has been tried to determine to what extent telemedicine and mobile applications are used and for which services. As a result of the analysis, the perspective of the participants towards mobile medicine and Tele-medicine applications and whether there is a different in their perspective on tele-medicine and mobile health applications according to the demographic characteristic of the participants were examined. As a result of the research data results in the overall, the general opinion about the participants of Tele-medicine is in positive direction, and also the mobile health applications where moderate angles to the view, also on the need for development in Turkey in mobile and Tele-medical applications of the participants were found to have a common thought.
