Abstract

Son yıllarda dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye'de de 'mobbing' kavramı üzerinde yoğun bir şekilde durulmaktadır. Konu ile ilgili olarak pek çok araştırma yapılmıştır. Bu tezin ana konusu mobbingin mağdur, aile, örgüt ve toplum üzerindeki etkileridir. Dava açan mağdurların bakış açılarıyla konuyu araştırmak üzere hazırlanan bu çalışmada literatür taramasının yanısıra, yargıya başvurarak dava açan mağdurlarla derinlemesine mülakatlar yapılmış, Türkiye'de mobbing kavramı farklı yönleriyle irdelenmiştir. In recent years in Turkey as it is in the world 'mobbing' concept has been focused intensively. As many studies have been done on the subject. The main topic of this thesis is effects on mobbing victim, family, organization and community. This research has been conducted to examine issue from the perspective of the plaintiff victims. Literature review is followed by in-depth interviews with victims who sued, the different facets of the concept of mobbing in Turkey were examined. Key Words: 1. Mobbing 2. Victim 3. Case 4.
