Abstract
Teknoloji ve tıp alanındaki hızlı ilerlemeler, kentleşme, dünya nüfusunun artması, sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda belirgin değişikliklere neden olmuştur. Tıbbın tarihiyle paralel gelişmeler gösteren ve acil tıbbın hastane öncesi ortama uzantısı olan Acil Sağlık Hizmetleri dünyada son otuz yılda önem kazanmış ve bu alanda hızlı değişimler yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. 7 gün 24 saat hizmet sunulan bu birimlerde, işle ilgili sağlık sorunlarının artması, çalışanlara yönelik sözlü, psikolojik ve fiziksel şiddetin giderek yaygınlaşması üzerine ASH araştırmacıların dikkatini çekmiş ve konuya daha fazla önem verilmeye başlanmıştır. 112 çalışanları işleri gereği bulaşıcı hastalıklar, stres ve şiddete maruz kalabilen ve zaman içerisinde ruhsal, duygusal ve fiziksel sağlıklarına etki eden birçok faktörle karşılaşmaktadırlar. İş doyumu bu faktörlerden sadece bir tanesidir. Kişilerin başarılı, mutlu ve üretken olabilmelerinin en önemli gereklerinden biri olan iş doyumu; İşin bireye sağladıklarının algılanması ile oluşan hoşnutluk duygusudur. İş doyumu her meslekte önemlidir. Çalışanların iş doyumu meslek grupları arasında farklılıklar gösterebileceği gibi, aynı meslek grubunda, kurumlar arasında bile farklılık gösterebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada 112 ASH' de çalışan personelin iş doyum düzeylerinin ölçülmesi ve buna etki eden faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı nitelikte bir araştırma olarak yürütülmüştür. Şubat 2015 itibari ile Ankara İl Ambulans servisinde çalışan 262 personel çalışmaya katılmıştır. Veriler demografik bilgiler anket formu ve Minnesota iş doyum ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Ankara 112 İl Ambulans Servisi çalışanlarının Minnesota iş doyum ölçeğine verdikleri cevaplar doğrultusunda genel olarak içsel doyumlarının yüksek olmasına rağmen dışsal doyumlarının özellikle yöneticiler, çalışma ortamı, terfi olanakları vb. konularda doyumsuzluk yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Rapid advances in technology and medical science, the increse in world population and urbanization have led to significant changes in the delivery of health services. Emergency Medical Services developing in paralel with developments in the history of medicine and the extension of pre-hospital emergency medicine environment and has gained importance in the last thirty years in the world and rapid changes in this area have been started. In these units where 7 days 24 hours service is offered, the increase in work-related health problems, the increasing prevalence of verbal, psychological and physical violence against employees has attracted the attention of emergency health services researchers and the issue has been given more importance. 112 workers arae working in an environment that they can be exposed to infectious diseases, stres and violence and they are encountered in mental, emotional and physical health and many factors. Job satisfaction is one of these factors. Job satisfaction which is one of the most important reguirements of people to be successful, happy and productive; is a satisfaction feeling provided to the individual perceived from the job. Job satisfaction is important in every profession. Employee's job satisfaction can vary between different professional groups, it can vary in the same occupational group, an deven between institutions. In this study, measuring the job satisfaction levels of the staff of 112 emergency healty servıces and identifying the factors that affect this was carried out as a descriptive research. 262 staff working in Ankara Provincial Ambulance service as of February 2015 has been participated in the study. Data on demographics have been collected with a guestionnaire and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale. The results of employees of 112 Ankara Provincial Ambulance Service, in accordance with their answers to Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, it has been observed that although in general, their intrinsic satisfactions are high, especially in managers, the extrinsic satisfaction are low due to work environment, career opportunities etc. Key Words: 112 E.H.S.
