We are a department that has been active for 22 years with the goal to determine the structural changes in economy and the problems of general business administration, to develop problem solving skills and to devise modelling techniques that fit our aims. Among our cornerstones are to graduate more students into administrative positions of our institutions, to help them realize their inner potential to be go-getters, to prepare them for the entrance exams for high-tier, well-respected public positions, and to help them participate graduate and doctorate degree programs at ease, nationally or internationally. In this regard, our course curriculum is constantly subject to updates. In addition, we do all in our power to graduate students that stand out, with double-major program opportunities. We make an effort to aid our students in kick-starting their professional life after completing a period of one semester at Private - Public institutions within the framework of our Cooperative Education Program.

Abstract

Motivasyon her türlü örgüt için başarıyı garantileyen en önemli faktörlerden biridir.Çalışanların performansı acısından moivasyon çok önemlidir.Bu nedenlearaştırmacılar arasında sıkca araştırılan konular sırasında yer almaktadır. Motivasyonla beraber çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları da önem taşımaktadır.Çalışanların örgütsel adalet algılarının, işyerindeki davranışlarını şekillendirdiği söylenebilir. Mevcut araştırmanın amacı, bu iki değişken arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır.Bu, Ankara'daki eğitim kurumlarından birinde çalışan 200 çalışan arasında yapılan nicel yöntem çalışmasıdır.Veri analiz sürecinde Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistiksel Paket programı (SPSS) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları, çalışanların örgütsel adalet algıları ile motivasyon seviyeleri arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.
Motivatıon can be seen as the main theme that ensure succes for any kind of organiation. It is essential for the performance of employees. That is the reason why motivation has been one of the widely discussed topics among researchers. Like motivation organizational justice perceptions of employees are also important factor in the organizational context. It can be said that organizational justice perceptions of employees shape their behaviours in the workplace. The aim of the current research is to investigate the relationship between these two variables. This is a quantative method study conducted among 200 employees workıng at one of the educational organizations in Ankara. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used in data analyzing process. The findings of the curret study revealed that there ıs a positive relationship between organizational justice perceptions of employees and their motivation levels.
