15 Temmuz darbe girişimi ve Türk dış politikasına etkileri

Abstract

Türk dış politikası, 15 Temmuz 2016 darbe girişimi öncesine kadar ABD ve Avrupa ülkeleriyle sorunlar yaşamış ve yaşamaya devam etmektedir. Tarih boyunca dönemsel etkenler ile yakınlaşan ve gerginleşen Türkiye-Rusya İlişkileri ise Suriye krizi ile çatışan fikirler devam ederken Rus uçağının düşürülmesiyle ekonomimizi ve yatırım projelerini etkileyecek boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Türkiye, kurtuluş mücadelesini verip anayurdunu düşmanlardan temizledikten ve Misak-ı Milli sınırları içerisinde Cumhuriyetini ilan ettikten sonra, 1960 yılından itibaren darbe girişimleri ve darbelere sahne olmuştur. 15 Temmuz 2016 tarihinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, daha önce örneği olmayan bir darbe girişimi ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Fethullah Gülen'in (FETÖ) bugünlere gelişi, ABD'den oturum iznini nasıl aldığı ve iadesinin istenmesinin hala tartışma konusu olarak devam ettiği görülmektedir. Darbe girişiminden sonraki süreçte ise olası senaryolar üzerinde durulmaktadır. Ekonomik ve siyasi istikrarın sağlanması, terör eylemlerinin son bulması Türkiye'nin öncelikli hedefleri haline gelmiştir. Buradan hareketle tezimizin amacı 15 Temmuz darbe girişimi ve Türk dış politika üzerindeki yansımalarını niteliksel literatür taraması ışığı altında analiz etmektir. Turkish foreign policy has been experiencing problems with the US and European countries until the coup attempt of July 15, 2016 and is still experiencing them. The relationship between Turkey-Russia however, which has become close and tense due to periodical factors, has after the conflicting ideas with the Syrian crisis and the crashing of the Russian plane decreased to a level, where our economy and investment projects were affected. After Turkey fought for its freedom, cleaned the motherland from enemies and declared the Republic within the national pact, the country has become the scene for coup attempts as of the year 1960. On July 15, 2016 the Republic of Turkey faced an unprecedented coup attempt that has never been seen in history before. How the leader of the terror organization (FETO) Fetullah Gülen has made it to this day, how he got a residence permit in the USA and how he still hasn't been returned to Turkey are still controversial subjects. Possible scenarios for the process after the coup attempt are still discussed. Ensuring economic and political stability and ending acts of terrorism are Turkey's primary objectives. From here the aim of my thesis is to analyze the 15 July coup attempt and its effects on the Turkish foreign policy under the light qualitative literature search.
