Kültür Turizmi Kapsamında Dini Mekânlarda Turist Deneyimleri, Turist Tatmini ve Tavsiye Etme Eğilimi Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi; Trabzon Örneği

Abstract

Turizmde yaşanılan teknolojik gelişmeler, bireylerin gelir düzeylerinin artması ve bireylerin ihtiyaç ve beklentilerinin sürekli (deniz-kum-güneş üçlemesi dışında) değişmesiyle birlikte bireylerin alternatif turizm çeşitlerine yöneldikleri görülmektedir. Bu bağlamda alternatif turizm faaliyetleri arasında yer alan kültür, inanç (dini mekânları ziyaret etme), yat vb. turizm çeşitlerine olan ilgi giderek artmaktadır. Türkiye pek çok medeniyete ev sahipliği yapmıştır ve çok eskiye dayanan tarihiyle kültürel ve inanç turizm mekânları açısından önemli bir destinasyondur. Bu bağlamda medeniyetlerin ülkemize bıraktığı birçok inanç ve kültürel mekânlar bulunmaktadır. Son yıllarda kültürel varlıkların inanç turizmi mekânları olmasıyla da bireylerin ilgisini çekecektir. Bu bağlamda, kültürel miras ve inanç turizmi birlikte giderek yaygınlaşan turizm çeşitleri arasındadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Trabzon'u ziyaret eden yerli turistlerin, Trabzon'da bulunan kültür ve dini mekânların turist deneyimlerini, tatminlerini ve tavsiye etme eğilimleri arasındaki ilişki örüntülerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amacın yanı sıra; Trabzon'da bulunan kültürel ve inanç turizm mekânlarını ortaya koymak ve Trabzon'a gelen turistlerin deneyim ve tatminlerini araştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında, literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Veriler anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreninin, Trabzon'u ziyaret eden yerli turistler oluşturmaktadır. Kolayda örnekleme yolu ile 404 yerli turistten veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma modeline uygun olan Kısmı En Küçük Kareler-Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (KEKK-YEM) yolu ile veriler analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda öğrenme, eğlenme ve kaçışın tatmin üzerinde olumlu ve anlamlı etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı üç unsurun tavsiye etme üzerindeki etkisi de incelenmiştir. Öğrenme ve eğlenme tavsiye etme eğilimini olumlu yönde etkilerken, kaçışın tavsiye etme eğilimini pozitif yönde etkilemediği görülmektedir. It is seen that with the technological developments experienced in tourism, increasing income levels of individuals and changing needs and expectations of individuals continuously (except sea-sand-sun trilogy), individuals tend to alternative tourism types. In this context, alternative tourism activities include culture, faith, yacht and so on. interest in tourism types is increasing. Faith tourism, which is one of the oldest tourism types of humanity, is one of the most powerful tourism types among alternative tourism activities. Turkey has hosted many civilizations and is based on very old history with an important destination for religious tourism venues. There are many cultural assets left by civilizations to our country. In recent years, cultural assets will attract the attention of individuals by being places of faith tourism. In this context, cultural heritage and faith tourism are among the increasingly common types of tourism. The aim of this study; It is to reveal the relationship patterns between the tourist experiences, satisfaction and tendency of the local tourists visiting Trabzon to the cultural and religious places in Trabzon. In addition to this purpose; It is aimed to reveal the cultural and faith tourism places in Trabzon and to investigate the experiences and satisfaction of the tourists coming to Trabzon. Within the scope of the research, literature review was conducted. Data were collected through questionnaires. The population of the research is composed of local tourists visiting Trabzon. Data were collected from 404 domestic tourists by easy sampling. The data were analyzed by Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). As a result of the data obtained, it was determined that learning, entertainment and escape have positive and meaningful effects on satisfaction. The impact of the same three elements on advice has also been studied. While it is positively affected the tendency to recommend learning and entertainment, escape does not positively affect the tendency to recommend.
