Abstract
Motivasyon ve iş doyumu kavramları; çalışan bireylerin istek ve ihtiyaçlarının yöneticiler tarafından karşılanarak, kurumsal amaçların gerçekleştirilmesi amacıyla yönlendirilmesi olarak belirtilebilir. Bireylerin motivasyonunu sağlayacak faktörleri anlayabilmek çok önemlidir. Çünkü bu faktörler tespit edildiği zaman, bireylerin de etkin bir şekilde motivasyonu sağlanabilecektir. Bu çalışma; kamu sektöründe çalışan motivasyonu ve iş doyumunda yöneticini algısının belirlenebilmesi amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırma TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş.' de çalışan 311 birey ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.Katılımcılar basit tesadüfi yöntemi ile seçilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket tarama yönetimi kullanılmıştır. Anket üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, katılım sağlayan bireylerin demografik özellikleri ile ilgili, ikinci bölümde motivasyon ölçeği ve üçüncü bölümde ise iş doyumu ölçeği ile ilgili toplam 59 soru ve ifadeden oluşmaktadır. Anket sonucunda elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göreçeşitli değerlendirmeler yapılmış ve elde edilmiş olan sonuçlar yönünde araştırmacılara ve araştırmanın yürütüldüğü kuruma önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Motivation and job satisfaction concepts; It can be defined as meeting the demands and needs of working individuals by managers and directing them to achieve corporate goals. It is very important to understand the factors that will motivate individuals. Because when these factors are determined, individuals will be motivated effectively. This work; This study was carried out with the aim of determining the perception of the manager in employee motivation and job satisfaction in the public sector. The research was carried out with 311 individuals working in TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. Participants were selected by simple random method. Questionnaire scanning management was used as a data collection tool. The survey consists of three parts. In the first part, it consists of 55 questions and statements about the demographic characteristics of the participating individuals, in the second part about the motivation scale and in the third part about the job satisfaction scale. The data obtained as a result of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program.
