Abstract
Bu araştırmada sağlık işletmelerindeki personelin işe yabancılaşma düzeyinin alt boyutları olan; güçsüzlük, yalıtılmışlık, normsuzluk, kendine yabancılaşma ile yaş, cinsiyet, meslek, medeni durum, eğitim, kurum, hastane büyüklüğü, kıdem değişkeleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini 2014 yılı Van il merkezinde görev alan sağlık çalışanları oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler anket yöntemi ile toplanmış olup kamu hastaneleri, özel hastaneler ve tıp fakültesi hastanesine uygulanmıştır. Anket formu iki bölümden oluşturulmuştur. İlk bölüm çalışanların demografik özellikleri (yaş, medeni durum, eğitim, meslek, cinsiyet,kıdem) oluşmakla birlikte, ikinci bölüm araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen işe yabancılaşmanın dört alt boyutu olan güçsüzlük, yalıtılmışlık, normsuzluk ve kendine yabancılaşma durumlarını yansıtan 36 sorudan oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesi için (SPSS) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Frekanslar bulunarak aritmetik ortalama, yüzde gibi istatistiksel işlemlere geçilmiştir. Ortalamalar arasındaki farkın belirlenmesi için ise t-testi, Anova, ve Fisher LSD testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; işe yabancılaşma ile hastane büyüklüğü, kurum, yaş, kıdem, değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmakla birlikte, işe yabancılaşma ile eğitim, meslek, medeni durum, ve cinsiyet değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; sağlık çalışanlarının işe yabancılaşma algılarının en yüksek olduğu boyutlar sırası ile kendine yabancılaşma ve normsuzluk olarak bulunmuştur. In this research, it has been investigated that whether there is a significant relationship between the sub-dimensions of the level of health business personnel's alienation to the job such as; powerlessness, isolation, normlessness, self-alienation and age, gender, occupation, marital status, education, institution, hospital size, seniority, The study population is composed of the health care workers in the province of Van in 2014. The research data were collected by survey method and it has been applied to public hospitals, private hospitals and medical school hospitals. The questionnaire was created in two parts. The first section is composed of employees' demographic characteristics (age, marital status, education, occupation, gender, seniority) and the second section is composed of 36 questions developed by the researcher which reflects the status of the four sub-dimensions of alienation with weakness isolation, normlessness and self-alienation. For the analysis of the data obtained in this study (SPSS) method was used. Frequencies were found and the statistical procedures were adopted such as the arithmetic mean, percentage. For determining the differences between the means, t-test, anova and Fisher LSD test were applied. According to the results of the research, although a significant difference was found between the work alienation and the variables such as, the size of the hospital, institution, age, seniority, there was not a significant difference between the work alienation and the variables such as, education, occupation, marital status, and gender. In addition, according to the findings of the survey, self-alienation and normlessness were respectively found as the highest dimensions of the health workers' perception of alienation.
