Abstract

Following the First World War, Yugoslavia was established in line with the developments in question. This has caused ethnic origins that have lived together in the previous periods to take part in the same state. However, with the end of the Cold War era, Yugoslavia has not been able to withstand the pressures of micro – nationalist movements. In this process, The Kosovo Matter is regarded as a multi – dimensional problem with historical basis. Although it is thought that this problem has been resolved with the announcement of Kosovo's independence, it has become a matter of becoming more complicated.
