Kronik Hastalığı Olan Kişilerin Covid-19 Pandemi Döneminde Sağlık Hizmeti Kullanım Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi: Ankara İli Örneği

Abstract

2019 yılının sonlarında Çin'de ortaya çıkıp tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan Covid-19 enfeksiyonu 13 Ocak 2020 yılında tanımlanmıştır. 2021 yılının sonlarında hala devam etmektedir. Covid-19 ateş, nefes darlığı ve öksürük, tat ve koku kaybı gibi belirtiler göstermektedir. Türkiye'de ilk vaka 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde açıklanıştır. Pandemiden en fazla etkilenen grupların başında kronik hastalığı olan insanlar gelmektedir. Bu araştırma pandemi döneminde kronik hastalığı olan bireylerin hastane kullanım düzeylerini belirlemek, yine bu dönemde ilaçlarını almakta sıkıntı yaşayıp yaşamadıklarını ortaya koyma, alınan tedbirleri yeterli bulma düzeyleri, aldıkları tedavi maliyetinin uygun olup olmadığı, istediği zaman sağlık hizmetine ulaşıp ulaşamadığını, alınan sağlık hizmetinden memnun olma düzeylerini belirlemek gibi birçok konuyu ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma evrenini Ankara ilinde yaşayan ve kronik hastalığı bulunan 302 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcıların %22,2'si Covid hastalığını geçirmiştir. Büyük bir çoğunluğu (%80,8)'i pandemi döneminde devlet hastanesinden hizmet almıştır. Katılımcıların çoğu (%82,5), kronik hastalık için kullanılan ilaçlara erişimde sıkıntı yaşamadığını ifade etmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında sağlık yöneticileri için çeşitli öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

The Covid-19 infection, which emerged in China at the end of 2019 and affected the whole World, was defined on January 13, 2020.It is still ongoing in mid- 2021. Covid-19 shows symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath and cough, loss of taste and smell. The first case in Turkey was announced on March 11, 2020. Afterwards, millions of people were infected. People with chronic diseases are among the groups most affected by the pandemic. This research was carried out to determine the hospital use levels of individuals with chronic diseases during the pandmeic period, to reveal whether they had problems in taking their medications in this period, the levels of finding the measures taken as sufficient, whether the cost of the treatment they received was appropriate, whether they could rearch the health service when they wanted, and the level of satisfaction with the health service received. It was made in order to reveal many issues such as determinin the population of the research consists of 302 people living in Ankara and having chronic diseases. 22.2 % of the participants had Covid disease. The vast majority (80.8%) received service from the state hospital during the pandemic period. Most of the participants (82.5%) stated that they did not have any difficulties in accessing drugs used for chronic diseases. In the light of the findings obtained, various suggestions have been developed for health managers.
