Abstract
Sağlık turizminde dijitalleşme gerek ülkemizde gerekse dünyada giderek önem kazanan bir olgudur. Turizm endüstrisindeki teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte gelişsen dijital araçların yerinde ve verimli kullanılması kurumlara yardımcı olmanın yanında sağlık hizmeti alıcılarının tercihlerini ve kararlarını da aktif olarak etkilemektedir. Bu çalışma sağlık turizmi alanındaki paydaşların dijital sağlık uygulamalarına bakış açılarına odaklanarak, sağlık turizminde dijital sağlık ve dijital pazarlama uygulamalarının hasta ve hastane açısından önemini ve hizmet kalitesini ne oranda etkilediğini belirlemek, sektörün gelecekteki gelişimine ve yönlendirilmesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Ankara'da sağlık turizmi yetki belgesine sahip faaliyet gösteren sağlık tesisleri, aracı kuruluşlar ve sivil toplum örgütlerinde çalışan kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma örneklemi 227 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Anketler çevrimiçi ortamda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, kuruluşların dijital sağlık uygulamalarını kullandığı, en çok kullandıkları uygulamanın e-randevu, pazarlama kanalının e-posta olduğu görülmüştür. Katılımcıların %83,7'si dijital sağlık uygulamalarının sağlık turizminde hizmet kalitesini arttırdığını düşünmektedir. Digitalization in health tourism is a phenomenon that is gaining importance both in our country and in the world. Appropriate and efficient use of digital tools that have developed along with technological developments in the tourism industry not only helps institutions but also actively affects the preferences and decisions of healthcare service buyers. This study was conducted to focus on the perspectives of stakeholders in the field of health tourism on digital health applications, to determine the importance of digital health and digital marketing applications in health tourism for patients and hospitals and to what extent they affect service quality, and to contribute to the future development and direction of the sector. The population of the study consists of people working in health facilities, intermediary organizations and non-governmental organizations operating in Ankara with a health tourism authorization certificate. The study sample consists of 227 people. Surveys were conducted online. According to the results of the research, it was seen that organizations use digital health applications, the most used application is e-appointment, and the marketing channel is e-mail. 83.7% of the participants think that digital health applications increase the service quality in health tourism.
