Çalışmaya göre HDP 'nin ayrılıkçı talep ve tutumları kısacası ülkenin bölgesel ekonomik gelişmişlik farklılığı kültürel ve demografik etkenler, HDP parti liderinin söylemleri ve partinin amaçlarına yönelik dış destekler gibi nedenlere dayanmaktadır. Bu etkenler nedeniyle parti ayrılıkçı bir tutum benimsemiştir ve Türkiye deki Kürt Halk ulusal Bir bilince ulaşmakta sorunlar yaşamıştır. Bulgar etnik partisi DPS büyük ölçüde dış müdahale eksikliği , ülkenin homojen ekonomik gelişmişliği , olumlu lider etkisi ve diğer birleştirici etkenler ile beraber entegrasyon yanlısı bir tutum sergilemiştir. Etnik partilerin davranışlarını etkileyen başka bir faktör de üye ve aday ülkelerde de Avrupa Birliği politikalarıdır. Özellikle bu çalışmada Avrupa Birliğinin azınlıklar hususundaki düzenlemeleri HDP partisinin kültürel ve bölgesel taleplerini arttıran bir etken yaratırken, DPS partisinin ise diğer sebepler ile beraber entegrasyon yanlısı tutum izlemesine katkı sunmuş ve parti ülkesindeki grubun kültürel haklarını savunmaya devam etmektedir. Ülkelerin ulusal bütünlüğünü sağlayan veya tehdit eden etnik parti tutumlarını analiz eden teori ve hipotezler genellikle tarihi arka plan, ekonomik gelişmişlik, dış destek etkisi , seçim sistemleri , lider etkisi ve ülkenin demografik etkenlerini analize dayanır. Bu tezde her iki partinin farklılaşan tutumları bu etkenler çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler : DPS, HDP, Ayrılıkçılık, Entegrasyon, Avrupa Birliği.This thesis expores the underlying facts of ethnicparties' differenciating behaviuors as separatistorintegrationist. Acording to this study HDP's seperatist demands and behaviors briefly depend on non-homogeneous economical regional developpement of the country,cultural and deographic effects, theleader effect and mainly due to foreign support effects. The party has adopted seperatist position and Kurdish people in Turkey has faced problems of national consciousness. The Bulgarian ethnic party DPS mainly due to lack of foreign intervantions and thanks to homogeneus economical developpment of country, integrationist leader effect and thanks to other unifying factors has developed unifing behaviour. Another external factor became EU polices to effect ethnic party behaviors in EU member and candidate states. Especially in our case studydue to EU regulations on minority policies the ethnic party HDP has increased its cultural and teritorial demands while the Bulgarian ethnic party DPS has taken an integrationist behaviour and continues to defend the cultural rights of its' group. Theories and hypothesis which are used to explain ethnic parties' unifing or threating demands of national unity generally focus on historical background, economic developement, foreign support facts, electoral systems, leader effect and demographic factors of the states. Both ethnic parties' differenciating demands and behaviours are revealed acording to these factors mentioned above.
