Bor, ÖzgürBor, ÖzgürYalçın, ZeynepEconomics2024-07-082024-07-082011https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14411/6016Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de kurumsal portföy yönetimi görevini üstlenen kurumsal yatırımcıların, sermaye piyasasındaki etkinlik düzeyini ve ülkemizdeki mevcut durumunu ortaya koymaktır.Bu kapsamda, öncelikle kurumsal portföy yönetiminde kurumsal yönetimin işlevi ve kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinin yatırımcının sermaye piyasalarına olan güven duygusunu sağlamadaki etkinliği açıklığa kavuşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın konusu gereği, kurumsal yatırımcı türleri detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmış, sayısal olarak mevcut durumları ve portföy büyüklükleri tablo ve grafikler yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Kurumsal yatırımcıların yıllar itibariyle gelişmekte olduğu, ancak sermaye piyasasında yeterli derinliğe ve beklenilen seviyeye ulaşamadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Kurumsal yatırımcıların sermaye piyasasındaki etkinliklerinin artırılması için yatırımcı güveninin sağlanması yolunda sermaye piyasasında şeffaflığın daha da artırılması, yatırımcı haklarının korunması için kurumsal yönetim ilkelerine uyumun, denetim ve gözetimi artırıcı hukuki alt yapı ile desteklenmesi gerekmektedir.Anahtar Sözcükler1.Sermaye Piyasası2.Kurumsal Portföy3.Kurumsal Yönetim4.Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri5.Kurumsal YatırımcıIn this study was to put forward the level of capital market activity and the current situation of the institutional investors, who undertake the task of institutional portfolio management, in Turkey.In this context, primarily, function of corporate governance and the effectiveness of corporate governance principles in ensuring the investors to trust capital markets in corporate portfolio management was studied. The types of institutional investors were explained in detail and their current status as numerical and portfolio sizes were analyzed with tables and graphs. It was sean that institutional investors over the years are developing but in capital market they have not reached yet sufficient depth and expected level. To increase the activities of institutional investors in capital market, assuring the investor?s confidence in capital transparency must be further improved.
