Sağlık Turizminde Otelcilik Hizmetleri

Abstract

Son yıllarda dünyada küreselleşme ile birlikte sağlık turizm sektöründe önemli gelişmeler kaydedilmiştir. İnsanları başka ülkelere seyahate zorlayan en önemli sebep 'sağlık'olmuştur. Sağlık turizm alanında son yıllarda hastane yatırımları artmış ve otelcilik hizmetleri de oldukça önem kazanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı hastaneler de verilen sağlık hizmetleri ile hasta ve yakınlarına sunulan otelcilik hizmetlerinin mevcut durumunu değerlendirmek, literatürle ilişkilendirmek ve konuya ilişkin öneriler sunmaktır. Araştırma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde sağlık turizmi alanında genel bilgi, ikinci bölümde hastanelerde otelcilik hizmetleri alanında genel bilgi, üçüncü bölümde ise araştırma sonucu yer almaktadır. Araştırma sağlık turizmi alanında Türkiye genelinde 15 ilde faaliyet gösteren 102 hastanede hastane yöneticilerine ve Otelcilik Hizmetleri Müdürlerine anket tekniği elde edilen verilerin analizi yolu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında ki yöneticilerin % 51 özel hastane, %25,5'i eğitim ve araştırma hastanesi, %13,7'si üniversite hastanesi, %9,8'i devlet hastanesi yöneticilerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmadaki özel hastaneler ve üniversite hastanelerinin geneli uluslararası akreditasyon belgesine sahiptirler. Bu hastanelerde yapılan anket sonuçları; oda tasarımı en iyi standartlara sahip ve ulaşım hizmetleri, karşılama ön büro hizmetleri, yiyecek ve içecek hizmetleri, temizlik ve çamaşırhane hizmetleri, personel hizmetleri, güvenlik ve destek hizmetlerinin iyi bir şekilde yürütüldüğü görülmüştür. Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı hastanelerde mevcut fiziksel yapıları ve personel niteliği, hasta odaları ve otelcilik hizmetleri konusunda yetersiz olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak Sağlık Bakanlığın başlattığı 15 ilde kampüs hastaneleri projesiyle otelcilik hizmetlerini daha kaliteli sunabileceklerdir. There has been significant improvements in the health tourism duo to globalization in the world in recent years. Health has been the most important reason forcing people traveling to other countries. Health tourism increased investments and hotel services (hospitality services) have gained importance in the hospital in last year. The aim of the study is assess the current situation hospitals in the health care and hospitality services offered to patients and their relatives and associate with the literature and provide advice on the subject. The study consists of three parts. Overview of the first chapter in the medical tourism field of the general knowledge , the second part of the general knowledge in the field of hotel services at the hospital, while the third section is located to the research results.The research in the field of health tourism It operates 102 hospitals in 15 cities across the Turkey, Analysis of the data obtained was performed by means of questionnaires answered by hospital administrators and the director of hospitality services. It is comprised 51% of managers of private, 25.5% research and trainig hospital, 13.7% the university hospital 13.7% and 9.8% of a state hospital administrator under investigation. All the private hospitals and university hospitals have international accreditation certificate in research. These hospitals have the best standard of room design, transportation services, welcoming front desk service, food and beverage service, housekeeping and laundry services, personnel services, security and support services carried out showed that in a good way. Ministry of Health hospitals duo to existing physical structure and personnel qualification were found to be inadequate in patient rooms and hotel services. However, the project launched by the Ministry of Health hospital be able to provide better quality of hotel services ın 15 cities.
