Abstract

In this paper, a coplanar waveguide (CPW) fed microstrip patch antenna is designed on finite element method based simulation program and fabricated in order to use reader antenna in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). The results of the simulations and the produced antennas are presented in the study. The produced microstrip patch antenna has a 105MHz bandwidth and operates in between 895-1000 MHz.
