Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, iş memnuniyetinin teorik ve uygulamalı yönlerini tespit etmektir. Tezin birinci bölümünde; iş memnuniyetinin tanımları, önemi, özellikleri, teorileri, modelleri ile iş tatminini etkileyen faktörleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümünde; tanımlar, iş performansını etkileyen faktörler, performansın unsurları, iş performansı değerlendirme tanımları, performans değerlendirmesinin önemi, performans değerlendirmesinin amaçları, performans değerlendirmesinin yöntemleri ve iş tatmini ile iş performansı arasındaki ilişki konuları üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise 2018 yılında sağlık sektöründe hizmet veren Kerkük Özel Dar El-Selam Hastanesinde ve Ankara Özel Koru Hastanesinde uygulanan saha çalışmasının analizi ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın gerçekleştirilmesi için (25) sorudan oluşan bir anket tasarlanmıştır. Bu anket, toplam 122 kişi olmak üzere; Kerkük Dar El-Selam Hastanesinde çalışan (43) iş görene ve Ankara Özel Koru Hastanesinde çalışan 79 iş görene dağıtılmıştır. SPSS programına veriler aktarılarak analiz yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz neticesinde; 'İş memnuniyeti ile İş Performansı arasında pozitif bir korelasyon bulunmuştur', 'İş memnuniyeti ile Çalışma Ortamı ve Ücreti arasında pozitif bir korelasyon bulunmuştur' ve 'İş Memnuniyeti ile Yönetimin Başarısı arasında pozitif bir korelasyon bulunmuştur' sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
The main purpose of this study is to determine the theoretical and practical aspects of job satisfaction. In the first part of the thesis; the job satisfactio's the definitions, importance, characteristics, theories, models and factors affecting job satisfaction are discussed. In the second part, issues such as; definitions, factors affecting work performance, the elements of performance, the definitions of job performance evaluation, the importance of performance evaluation, the objectives of performance evaluation, the methods of performance evaluation and relationship between job satisfaction and job performance are emphasized. In the third part; the analysis of the field study applied to Kerkük Private Dar El-Selam Hospital and Ankara Private Koru Hospital which are serving in the health sector in 2018, is discussed. In order to carry out this study, a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions was designed. This survey is distributed to 122 employer in total, 43 employees working at the Kerkuk Private Dar El-Selam Hospital and 79 employees working at the Ankara Private Koru Hospital. Datas were analyzed by transferring data to SPSS program. As a result of the analysis; 'There is a positive correlation between Job Satisfaction and Work Performance', 'There is a positive correlation between Job Satisfaction and Working Environment and Fee' and 'There is a positive correlation between Job Satisfaction and Management Success' were obtained.
