V ÖZET ASKERİ PERSONEL DANIŞMA SİSTEMİ PEKER, Cem Korel Yüksek Lisans Bitirme Projesi, Uluslararası Bilgisayar Enstitüsü, Bitirme Projesi Yöneticisi : Prof. Dr. Kayhan ERCİYES Ağustos 2003, 53 sayfa Askeri Personel Danışma Sistemi (APDS) bir askeri kurumda çalışanların genel ve kişisel bilgilerini içeren bir veri tabanına sıradüzeni içerisinde erişim sağlayan bir yazılımdır. Bu sistem veri tabanı ve ara yüz olarak iki bölümden oluşmaktadır, istemci bilgisayarlar veri tabanına ağ üzerinden TCP protokolünü kullanarak bağlanmaktadırlar. Veri tabanı ağ üzerindeki ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) ile birlikte MS SQL Server tarafından yönetilmektedir. Veri tabanında 5 tablo vardır. Emekli sandığı sicil numarası birincil anahtar olarak kullanılmıştır. Ara yüzün oluşturulmasında Java programlama dili kullanılmıştır. Ara yüz 11, fonksiyonel olarak bağımsız, birbirleri içinden çağırılan, uygulamadan oluşmuştur. Ara yüzle veri tabanı arasında JDBC:ODBC köprüsü kullanılmaktadır. VII ABSTRACT MILITARY STAFF CONSULTATION SYSTEM PEKER, Cem Korel MSc. Graduation Project in International Computing Institute Supervisor : Prof. Dr. Kayhan ERCİYES August 2003, 53 pages Military Staff Consultation System is a module of software which includes a data base of general and personal information of the staff in a military institution and it also supplies access to this information hierarchically. This system consists of two parts which are database and interface. Clients connect to database via TCP protocol on a network. Database is managed by remote MS SQL server 2000 with ODBC. The data base includes 5 tables. Retirement register number is used as primary key. Java programming language is used to construct the interface. Interface is consists of 11 applications which are accessed through each other but independent functionally. ODBC:JDBC Bridge exists between interface and database.
