Leasıng'in Kobi'lere Getirdiği Kolaylıklar ve Sincan -etimesgut -yenikent Sanayici ve İşadamları Derneği'ne (sisiad) Üye Kobi'lerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Araştırmamda leasing ve KOBİ'ler incelenerek, leasing'in KOBİ'lerce kullanma alışkanlıkları değerlendirilmiştir.Araştırmanın evrenini, Sincan-Etimesgut-Yenikent Sanayici ve İşadamları Derneği'ne (SİSİAD) üye KOBİ'ler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada evrenin tümüne ulaşmak mümkün olmadığı için örneklem alınmıştır. Bu araştırma kapsamında KOBİ'ler hakkında bilgi toplamak için anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formları ile elde edilen bilgiler belirtke tablosu ile verilmiş, KOBİ'lerin bilgileri frekans ve yüzde olarak ortaya konulmuştur. KOBİ'lerin görüşleri arasında fark olup olmadığı frekans, Ki-kare ( ? 2) testi ile kontrol edilmiştir. Araştırmada anlamlılık düzeyi 0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda:1)Leasing hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olan KOBİ'ler gereksinimlerini leasing yoluyla temin etmektedirler. Leasing'in avantajlarını bilen KOBİ'ler leasing'i kullanmaktadırlar.2)Leasing kullanan KOBİ'ler finansal sorunlarını çözerken, ticari bankaları ve finans şirketlerini tercih ederken, kullanmayanlar ise kendileri, aile çevreleri veya diğer işletme sahipleri ile çözmeyi tercih etmektedir.3)Araştırma sonunda ortaya çıkan sorunlara dayalı olarak araştırmacı tarafından ortaya konulan önerilerin bazıları şunlardır:?KOSGEP KOBİ'lere kendini daha iyi tanıtmalıdır.?KOBİ'ler KOSGEP destekleri hakkında bilgilendirilmelidir.?KOBİ'lerin finansal sorunlarının çözümünde bürokrasi azaltılmalıdır.In my research, leasing and The Small and Medium Enterprises being examined, the way leasing is utilized by The Small and Medium Enterprises has been evaluated.The Small and Medium Enterprises that are members of the association of Sincan- Etimesgut- Yenikent Industrialist and Businessmen has constituted the population. As it isn?t possible to attain the whole population, a sample has been made. In this research process, a questionnaire form has been implemented to get information about The Small and Medium Enterprises. The data obtained from the questionnaire has been demonstrated via a table of emblem, and the data of small and medium enterprises has been presented in frequency and percentage. The frequency of whether there is difference in views among The Small and Medium Enterprises has been checked by the Ki- Square test. In the research, the level of significance is accepted as 0.05.Research result:1.The Small and Medium Enterprises that have the adequate data about leasing meet their requirements via leasing. The Small and Medium Enterprises aware of the advantages of leasing use it.2.While The Small and Medium Enterprises that use leasing prefer commercial banks and finance companies in solving their financial problems, those that don?t use leasing like to solve by themselves, with family or other company owners.3.Here are some of the suggestions presented by the researcher at the end of the research for the problems encountered :?KOSGEB should introduce itself better to The Small and Medium Enterprises.?The Small and Medium Enterprises should be informed about the supports of KOSGEB.?Bureaucracy should be decreased while solving the financial problems of The Small and Medium Enterprises.
