Kant'ın Ebedi Barış Teorisi Çerçevesinde Uluslararası Düzen İnşası: Wilson İlkeleri ve Milletler Cemiyeti Örneği

Abstract

Savaş olgusu insanlık tarihi kadar eski bir realitedir. Bununla birlikte; savaş koşullarının yıkıcı etkisi sonrası düzen inşası ve bunun sürdürülebilirliği barış olgusunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Özellikle dünya savaşları sonrası dönemlerde kurulan uluslararası düzenlerin sürdürülebilirliği barış koşulları ile yakından ilintilidir. Bu nedenle tarihin birçok farklı döneminde birçok düşünür savaş ve barış olguları üzerine düşünegelmiştir. Uluslararası ilişkileri ve barış olgusunu kurumsallaştırması anlamında en çok öne çıkan yaklaşımlardan biri Kant'ın ebedi barış teorisidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Kant'ın ebedi barış teorisi çerçevesinde uluslararası düzen kurmayı ve Birinci Dünya Savaşı'ndan sonra kalıcı barışı tesis etmeyi amaçlayan Wilson İlkeleri ve Milletler Cemiyeti'nin kurulmasını incelemektir.

The phenomenon of war is as old as human history. However; the establishment of order and its sustainability after the devastating effects of the conditions of war revealed the phenomenon of peace. The sustainability of the international order established in the post-wars period is closely related to the conditions of peace. For this reason, many thinkers in many different periods of history have thought about the phenomena of war and peace. One of the most prominent approaches in terms of institutionalizing international relations and the concept of peace is Kant's theory of eternal peace. The aim of this study is to examine the establishment of the Wilson Principles and the League of Nations which aims to build international order and establish lasting peace after the First World War in the framework of Kant's eternal peace theory.
